Very nice hôtel, modern and clean. The area is a little bit sketchy.
Hotel was beautiful as were the rooms, you are living right in the downtown core so you will get the usual downtown noises from a city that never sleeps. It’s close to a hospital so you might get some ambulance or police sirens. Beds are comfortable and I’d come back again for sure

This hotel was beautifully done, very modern!
The hotel was great for what we needed. It’s new, clean, had very comfortable beds, laundry and was conveniently located to walk to the mall, restaurants, Scotiabank arena, St Lawrence Market, etc. The rooftop lounge on the 14th floor was an added bonus, nice place to hangout on a rainy afternoon. Only negative was that we were finally able to check in 2 hours after their check in time. Only offered free drinks in the restaurant/lounge while we waited another hour.
The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We were provided with a room upgrade when they found out I was celebrating my birthday. A bottle of wine was set up as well. Thank you again! Room was terrific, love the hard wood floors. Only concern was the neighborhood, did more Ubering than walking. Thanks again for a great stay.

Lovely stay!
This hotel and their staff is fabulous. a very beautiful place to stay. Loved our room, very spacious and comfortable accommodation's. Valet parking was a wonderful treat & we were allowed to keep our cark there a few hours after check out. Only downside is that is it beside moss park. Recommend ubering at night and if you have to walk around, please only do so in the day light!

Check in was seamless with very friendly staff. The amenities of the hotel are great and easy to access. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Will definitely stay here again.
The hotel staff seemed confused on many levels and not fully able to solve issues as well as properly inform on various questions. More importantly there is a bad air circulation issue. I had to request a room change as I was woken in the morning by nausea and migraine brought on my a deep smell of gasoline in my room. The elevator also had this intense smell. I decided to check out a day early as I could no longer handle it.
Good new property
Great hotel, rooms large, modern and new. Friendly staff, great breai. Good gym. Note: it's on the edge of a sketchy area with drug users and homeless across the street. However area is gentrifying rapidly. Very close walk to main shopping and restaurant areas. I sill highly recommend it.
Had an amazing stay at this hotel and would love to come back again.
