Pros:

Stanze moderne accoglienti. Letti comodissimi, pulizia degli ambienti privati ma anche comuni (Sala colazione, SPA). SPA di ottimo livello. Colazione “stellare” con prodotti locali e di stagione di qualità eccelsa

Esperienza sotto le aspettative
Pros:

La spa è stata il punto di forza del soggiorno: ben curata e rilassante. Ho apprezzato anche la cortesia del personale che, per scusarsi dei disagi riscontrati, ci ha offerto un ingresso in piscina e due drink.

Cons:

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato condizionato da diversi inconvenienti. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato una blatta che usciva da sotto il letto. Dopo aver avvisato la reception, è stata effettuata una rapida "disinfestazione". La sera stessa abbiamo iniziato a percepire un odore proveniente dagli scarichi, che la mattina seguente è diventato più intenso. Nel pomeriggio, su nostra richiesta del mattino, ci è stata quindi assegnata un'altra camera. Anche qui l'odore era comunque presente, seppur in misura minore, e la mattina successiva dal WC è risalita dell'acqua dopo l'utilizzo. Anche la colazione ha richiesto tempi di attesa piuttosto lunghi. Essendo servita al tavolo e non a buffet, durante gli orari di maggiore affluenza abbiamo impiegato circa 45 minuti per terminarla. Infine, dopo la spa non è stato possibile rilassarsi sulla terrazza perché era in corso un evento privato con musica ad alto volume.

Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped rent a car and even drove us to san giovanni in fiore, to pick it up.
The room and wellness were wonderful.

Cons:

The location could be better. If you are not by car (or don't rent one), don't come here.

Pros:

Il personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile. la qualita' dei prodotti utilizzati per la colazione. La qualita' del caffe che era ottima.

Cons:

non mi piaciuto che l'aria condizionata alla stanza almeno che ci hanno dato non funzionava. Inoltre il breakfast veniva servito dal personale e non era disponibile su un tavolo centrale per scegliere.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Good place to stay at for hiking around the area. Wonderful and ultra cosy SPA with well organized traffic of customers that allow you to avoid crowds and to fully relax.

Cons:

The place has no restaurant so you have to drive 5 km to the nearest city for dinner.

Il ristorante stellato all’interno dell’hotel è davvero eccezionale e merita assolutamente una visita. Staff dell’hotel gentile e sempre disponibile, colazione varia e di ottima qualità. Molto apprezzato anche il servizio di babysitting, professionale e affidabile.

Cons:

La SPA è piacevole, ma i trattamenti ricevuti non mi sono sembrati all’altezza degli standard elevati dell’hotel.

Magia della Sila
Pros:

Stanza bellissima con tutti i comfort, tutto pulito e a prezzi super convenienti un Soggiorno di lusso.
Ciabattine e accappatoi, un bagno enorme e moderno, un letto comodissimo sembrava di dormire su una nuvola, in più la magia della Sila il silenzio e i suoni della natura.
