Relax after long flight
Pros:

Pool was great after long flight, good location, short walk to restaurants and beach. Food good

No windows in room , good for day sleeping but not for a holiday

Pros:

Perfect hotel for when you arrive after a long flight. Our room was ready at 9 in the morning, for which we were extremely grateful after our long journey. Room, swimming pool, breakfast and service were all perfect.

Lekker plekje om je vakantie te starten in Negombo

Heel relaxed resortje met vriendelijke mensen. Fijne kamers waar we goed hebben kunnen acclimatiseren na onze aankomst in sri Lanka met ons gezin.

Cons:

Personeel is heel vriendelijk maar ook heel erg langzaam. Alles duurt werkelijk lang. Als je een koffie besteld staat er 3 man 20 minuten ik-weet-niet-wat te doen, maar het duurt in ieder geval heel erg lang. We zijn op vakantie dus echt erg is het niet, maar goed.. het valt wel op.

Nice hotel but poor service
Pros:

Rooms and hotel presents well.
Good location

Cons:

Prior to staying at the property I rang and emailed 3 times - no response very poor communication.
They have been scammed by booking.com
Air conditioning in room was poor.
Asked staff to fix wifi several times.
Check out took longer than expected

Pros:

I got upgraded to a better room. The room was spacious, comfy, the AC was working perfectly and was quiet. The pool is open until 8pm and is of a proper size for a nice swim. Late check out is available on request and it is also possible to use the hotel facilities after. 30 min from the airport (btw, it's cheaper to take a tuktuk than a taxi)

The beach and main street is a walk away, location is okay but not perfect

It was a very pleasant, relaxing stay where the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us. There was a leaky roof in one room and they immediately too measures to move us out and ensure our comfort as quickly as possible. Food was also excellent.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like about the villa room we got was the toilet layout. There were steps in the toilet and it was difficult to be used by my elderly mom.

Wish there were cabinets under the sinks for storage.
Other than that everything was good
