Fantastic!
Pros:

Everything was great, the staff were friendly & helpful. The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable. AC and fan both worked well. The bathroom was clean & the shower was really good, lots of hot water too!
The pool area was lovely. Great breakfast with different options at the buffet each morning. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Fijn verblijf op een goede locatie!
Pros:

Er was een taxi vanuit het hotel geregeld om ons midden in de nacht van het vliegveld te halen. Een hele vriendelijke jongen haalde ons op, en moest best lang wachten, maar dat was zelfs, midden in de nacht, geen probleem. We kregen een upgrade met aankomst en hadden een bubbelbad op onze patio! Het zwembad was heerlijk en het personeel was uiterst behulpzaam.

Cons:

Prijs kwaliteit is niet geheel in verhouding. Lakens en het bubbelbad hadden wat schoner gemogen. Mijn kant van het bed was wat door gelegen.

Na snídani není k dispozici voda, jen juice. Jakmile někdo chce vodu, musí si ji koupit. Některé pokoje jsou umístěny nad garáží, výpary jsou cítit. Na našem pojine nebyla vůbec funkční wifi.

ビールが売っている。部屋が広い。

Cons:

チェックインが終わって部屋に入るまで20分以上待たされた。部屋に連れて行ってと言ってもすぐに行くので少し待っててと言われるだけでまた待たされる。痺れを切らして強く言うとどうやら部屋の清掃が終わってなかったみたい。最初から隠さず説明してくれたらいいのに。部屋には小さな虫がたくさんいた。
ローカルの人に聞いても評判が良くないホテルとのこと。

I felt scammed and let down by their poor customer care.
Pros:

Thius hotel let me down badly. They cancelled my stay with less than 12 hourse notice and then asked me to cancel on Booking.com so that they would not get charged for their own incompetence. They claimed maintenance issues as the reason, but I was let down and asked to cancel on thier behalf hich made it feel like a scam. I suspect they cancelled my because I only had one nghts stay and they found a better offer. If they did this to me, htey could do it to others. Do not pay upfront for this place.

Very serene, quiet, with a nice garden next to the pool. The food was absolutely anazing, both dinner and breakfast. I recommend getting the "Half Board" to include dinner, absolute bargain. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Let me also mention that you get a special welcome on yiyr arrival! It feels like a resort but hidden in the middle of Negombo. Much more recommended than beach side hotels ;)

Comfortable (but not so calm) stay
Pros:

Our room was great, a big comfy bed in a large room with a nice bathroom and balcony. The pool was great, and the lady at check in was really helpful giving us a good rate when we needed to stay longer due to flight cancellations.

Cons:

There were a few things that just made it not as great as all the other amazing places we stayed during our trip. We found it not to be a relaxing space as there were so many staff there at times even outnumbering the guests, constantly milling about aimlessly and at times even being slightly disruptive to any calm atmosphere. At breakfast I was constantly getting knocked into by staff, many of whom were just looking busy but definitely didn’t need to be there. I don’t mean to sound mean, most were very friendly, but I did find it impossible to relax, even by the pool which is the whole point!
