This is the worst Adult hotel we had stayed in Japan.
Cons:

The room is a little bit smaller than we expected. Compare with other Love hotel, it is smaller and staff is not that nice. Their machine won't take credit card; they said because over credit limit which is a stupid reason: we had used our credit card to pay much more than that room rate without any problem after that night. But we had to pay by cash for this hotel. I think they really want cash.

The room is good but i have a proble with the rules in payments.
Pros:

The room is spacious and beautiful. There is no proper communication and clear instructions. The rules in paying an extra charges is not being discussed properly and different from the instructions in booking.
