The stay was quite disappointing overall. The lower floor is actually located in a basement and has a noticeable damp, musty smell, which makes it uncomfortable to stay there for long. What’s worse, there are no photos of this lower level on the website, which feels misleading.
The rooms are very basic and poorly furnished, with old, worn-out furniture that looks far from what you would expect. The lighting is particularly unpleasant — each room has a single bright white bulb hanging in the center, giving a harsh, hospital-like atmosphere.
In the room with the double bed, the floor was visibly swollen and uneven, which was both surprising and inconvenient. Cleanliness was also below expectations, as the overall quality of cleaning seemed quite low.
The upper floor more or less matches the photos shown online, but even there the furniture is already worn and looks much older than expected.
Overall, it might be acceptable for a one-night stay, but I would not recommend staying longer.

The location was excellent in terms of transportation, markets, and tranquility, so I'm very happy I chose this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Tatiana and her colleagues.
We loved this place! Beautiful, modern, and bright apartment in a great location. We stayed only one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. Tatiana is a wonderful host, very kind and attentive.

The property was in an excellent location, close to all amenities, everything we need was just a stone throw away! And if we wanted to venture out our host tatina was extremely helpful booking us taxis, giving us excellent advice on places to go and how to get there, tatiana was a excellent host to myself and family she always had a smile on her face and always made time to talk to us even if she was busy. The property was really good value for money and everything we needed was provided straight away at no expense to ourselves. We would like to say a massive thank you to tatiana for letting us stay, we really enjoyed every minute of our stay, 5⭐️ from us, we will be definitely be booking up again at this apartment and we would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Чудове місцезнаходження, на тихій вулиці . Поруч зупинка трамваю, на якому можна доїхати з та до аеропорту. Старе місто, магазини, кафе та ресторани в пішій доступності. Консьєрж Татьяна дуже приємна та з радістю допомагала у всіх питаннях.
