Schlafzimmer im unteren Geschoss könnte etwas gemütlicher sein.

Pros:

Мы очень рады, что выбрали именно эти апартаменты. Они находятся в очень удобном расположении, рядом есть аптеки, магазины, пекарни - вы точно сможете найти всё самое необходимое. До старого города можно добраться пешком примерно за 10-15 минут. Квартира уютная, чистая, со свежим ремонтом, нам было очень комфортно и приятно находиться. Надеемся вернуться к вам ещё раз)

Zentrale Lage in der City, gute Nahverkehrsanbindung, Küche gut ausgestattet. Check In und Kommunikation unkompliziert.

Cons:

Schlafbereich im Untergeschoss (Keller), minimal ausgestattet, Bett und Wandregal, gefühlt wie eine Zelle, außerdem unangenehmer Geruch von der Toilette im Untergeschoss.
Dazu wurden Metallarbeiten bis 19 bzw. 20 Uhr ausgeführt,was zu erheblichen unangenehmen Lärm geführt hat. Der Balkon war daher überhaupt nicht nutzbar.

地理位置不错 距离卡雷奇老城哈德良门步行10分钟左右吧 有停车位 自助入住 房东会提前发相关信息 自取门口钥匙盒的钥匙进入房间 有电梯 不过 从停车位到进入公寓楼 有10级左右台阶
有厨房 洗衣机 对于我们已经出行了近一周 未来还有20多天旅程的住客友好
客厅沙发 虽不能折叠 但可以拼到一起 睡起来比想象的舒服

L'appartement était dans un état correct

Cons:

mauvaise expérience, odeur de cigarette dans le chambre en arrivant dans la bien, une cigarette était coincée dans le canapé, nous avons eu des voisins très bruyants et l'immeuble n'est pas du tout isolé, le prix n'est pas justifié pour la prestation, déçu de cet établissement par rapport aux autres que nous avons fréquenté en turquie

Preiswert aber mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage und die kostenlosen Parkplätze waren sehr gut. Man kam mit dem Auto überall gut hin, auch zu Fuß konnte man alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs finden.
Wenn man günstig die gesamte Großfamilie unterbringen will für wenige Tage, ist das eine super Option, wenn man einige Abstriche machen kann.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption ist teilweise freundlich, teilweise frech und unfreundlich, je nachdem wie es ihr gerade passt. Das gehört sich nicht.
Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt während des Aufenthaltes, auch davor waren die Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt, der Boden war immer klebrig. Wir haben 3 Wohnungen gemietet und in allen 3 war die Situation die gleiche.
Übergabe und Rückgabe waren unkompliziert, man kann über WhatsApp kommunizieren, das vereinfacht die Kommunikation.

заселение четкое , безконтактное, безпроблемное

кондиционер в гостинной не работал. но это не критично было в апреле.
думаю, что точно исправят
