size of the flat and very clean
the floor needs better maintenance but it was a minor thing not even an issue and there were only three car parks which were occupied most of the time but still it was easy to fund empty space to park your car around the building
Location is central close to Old Town. It is perfect for just a place to sleep and spend the days exploring the city.
Overall it was fine, I think in terms of space for a family it was just a little tight, especially the bathroom.
Stayed in A10. Everything was great and as promised. Tatiana was really helpful and accommodated us. Will definitely choose again.
Would have preferred to receive the check-in code a bit earlier.
Decent size apartment for a group of 6.
Rooms are located at the basement which makes it a bit creepy. I didn’t like the smell when we arrived.

Nice and Clean apartment, with stove,ovn,washing and dish washing machine.Almost every thing for a week stay.
Location is great to walk around city, close to alot of central Points of interest and restaurance.

The first day we had extra bed that was really in bad condition. (not useable, got little disappointed)
Tatiana fixed it self next day with out me asking, she explained they were missing one because of alot of guests.
Girls were missing make up mirror, may be more wall mirrors.
The rooms were very spacious and practical. Free parking on site was a huge plus, especially when loading the car with your luggage! We only stayed there one night but would've definitely stayed longer.
Rooms could use a coat of paint because of marks from previous guests but nothing major. A few lights not working well but no big deal.

Apartment not on Old Town area
The apartment was very nice, clean just like the pictures. The check in and out was really seamless. The Host, Tatyana was reachable and very responsive all the time and even after our check out, so thank you very much Tatyana for the lovely hospitality. Very good value for money and highly recommend .
На четверых очень маленький номер. Раскладушка для четвёртого человека ржавая и продавленная. Всё остальное неплохо. Но денег своих не стоит.

The location, the cleaning lady
It was very small for 5 persons.
Администратор всегда была на связи, интернет стабильный, чистое постельное белье, кондиционеры работали хорошо, все необходимое было в квартире. И чай, кофе и даже стиральный порошок и все такое. Район старого города, рядом трамвайная остановка, недалеко много магазинов и кафе. Нам было комфортно, хоть мы и были всего 2 дня, думаю эта квартира отлично подойдет и на длительный срок.
Если бы еще фильтр для питьевой воды стоял, то было бы вообще супер😆
Удобное месторасположение, быстрое заселение, уютная квартира для большой семьи.
Немного не комфортно ночью в комнате , которая внизу, шумно из-за коммуникаций, которые проходят, видимо со всего дома.
