Comfortable
The condo is small but smartly designed, with everything laid out for comfort and convenience. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The location is excellent, only a short walk to Mall of Asia and close to the airport, which made travel easy. Perfect for a short stay in Pasay!

Some things were a little out of the way
Nice and comfortable layout. Staff very efficient and helpful.
Sofa was very uncomfortable reverted to using the desk chair.
Road noise could be heard through the window, not very sound proof. Close to main road.
Bedroom was internal and did not have a window so felt small and uncomfortable. Personal view.

Good location and close to the airport
- It is not suitable for 4 people as advertised. The sofa bed in the living room is extremely uncomfortable and small. No pillow or bedding was provided, so we had to sleep using the living room cushions, with half of our legs hanging out and a wooden plank from the sofa pressing against our backs.
- There was an unbearable and intoxicating smell of mothballs, which is harmful to health.
- In just one night, we found four cockroaches.
- The bedroom has no window or air conditioning, only one unit in the living room for the entire apartment.
- The bedding in the bedroom seemed to have been reused from previous guests.
Nice suite residence clean and comfortable. Not too far from Mall Asia, there are convenient stores nearby and restaurants open until late at night.
There is no AC in the bedroom, so we need to use the exhaust fan for cold air transfer from living room, which creates some noise in the bedroom. After checking out, you can't leave your bag at the lobby for a while. The security guard's behavior has never been good. Poor conversation with them.
Amenities are complete. Everything you need for a short or longer stay is enough.
Its loocayion at the road end and quite dark streets going to the property in the evening.
Evan’s suite was a nice place. The room was clean and was cooled down. It was a nice feeling coming in to a room after being out under the sun.
We had to move units, but they did help move our luggages.
Probably for the price one of the best money can find, i was staying two other places during my stay in Manila all at the same price point, this was the best of them, the whole building was well maintained. The entrance to the building feels like a Hotel. Bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. The aircondition was very good and fresh. Host was good gave all relevant information before check in, made it easy and smooth for the guest.
It was clean, but alot of long hairs here and there.
Had fast Internet and all the amenities to make your own meal like you would at home
It was a bit small in space … would have like to be able to move around a little bit more..
