Très bon séjour
Pros:

L’emplacement: proches restaurants et commerces et à 5 min en voiture du centre ville. La propreté des chambres et la piscine

Cons:

Le restaurant. On n’a pas pu l’essayer car il n’y avait jamais personne (peut-être que c’était exceptionnel car il était toujours vide)

Gostámos muito do hotel, da localização e da limpeza! Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos!

Cons:

Não gostámos do barulho que os turistas ingleses, bêbedos, faziam de noite. Inclusive tivemos de ir à recepção reclamar. O funcionário foi extremamente educado e prontificou-se a ir retificar a situação.

Atendimento decepcionante.
Cons:

1) Tem um funcionário no restaurante que usa as mãos SEM LUVAS para repor os ovos fritos. OBSURDO!!! - Reclamei com o responsável, que me garantiu que orientaria o funcionário, mas na manhã seguinte estava ele novamente usando as mãos para repor os ovos. ALTO RISCO DE CONTAMINAÇÃO DOS HÓSPEDES, PÉSSIMA PRÁTICA DE HIGIENE.
2) No momento de entrada no restaurante para o café da manhã os funcionários abordam os hóspedes de maneira inadequada para buscar a informação do número do apartamento. para manter um controle interno eles preferem incomodar os hóspedes.
3) Os elevadores marcam capacidade para 6 pessoas, mas com 3 ele não se move e avisa que excedeu o limite, obrigando minha filha a sempre descer de escadas 4 andares para tomar o café da manhã. NINGUÉM PERCEBEU QUE É NECESSÁRIO AJUSTAR O LIMITE DO ELEVADOR PARA COMICIDIR COM O QUE ESTÁ ESCRITO NO AVISO E SEGURANÇA?
4) No momento do check-in fizeram uma reserva de 100 euro por apartamento(200 euros no total), a título de reserva caso eu danificasse alo no apartamento. Pergunto: O que pode ser mais grosseiro que avisar me informar que desconfiam que eu danificarei algo. Ninguém se hospeda num hotel 4 estrelas para ser camada do vândalo. ABSURDO!
5) O profissional da noite nos recebeu sem ao menos um "boa noite". Algo bem básico para quem trabalha em hotelaria, atender os hóspedes com cordialidade e simpatia. Péssima primeira impressão.

Pros:

Les chambres sont grandes, très confortables et une belle vue
Il y a de l'espace et c'est vraiment agréable

Cons:

Le personnel de l'accueil n'est pas sympathique, très froid, cela donne un mauvais aperçu d'un hôtel qui est pourtant très bien !

Would stay here again
Pros:

Location amazing. 5 mins to beach, 5 mins to strip but no madness around us. Room was very big and clean. Beds comfortable.

Kitchen was locked as had to pay extra for it. No coffee facilities until breakfast was on

random people driving upto us whilst we were waiting for taxi offering us cocaine or other drugs. NOTHING to do with hotel but its some portugese people

Rubbish stay and i will never book or recommend this place again if they cheat customers with wrong rooms.
Pros:

I was booked for a suite room wt balcony but was provided with studio. Very disappointed as the whole reason i booked this hotel was due to suite and balcony facilities.

Pros:

O quarto era muito espaço. Reservamos apenas um quarto e quando chegamos tinhamos um apartamento com dois quartos muito muito espaçoso e com 2 casas de banho tambem. Todas as divisoes tem ar condicionado e televisão. A decoração é agradavel e as camas era muito confortaveis. A cozinha era um pouco estreita mas nao utilizamos. Tem parque de hotel acessivel sem necessidade de pagamento extra

Cons:

Apesar de o estacionamento ser nas traseiras, nao tem acesso direto ao interior do hotel. Tinhamos de tocar à campainha e nem sempre abriam a porta na hora. O pequeno almoço oferece pouca diversidade e a qualidade nao é a melhor. O mais desapontante foi o acesso ao spa, piscina interior e ginásio não estar incluido, é preciso pagar 7,50 eur/pessoa (todos os dias?) e é obrigatorio usar toca na piscina anterior. Retira os beneficios de escolher um hotel com essas comodidades
