A Wonderful Stay at Terra on a Hill – Truly Exceptional Hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay at Terra on a Hill, honestly can't thank the whole team enough for making it so comfortable and relaxed. It's one of those stays that just stays with you.

Big thanks to the owners, Vikrant Sir and Anastasiya, who were personally involved throughout and made us feel genuinely looked after.

Need to give a special mention here. We had some unexpected car trouble during our stay and Vikrant Sir really went out of his way to help - personally got involved in coordinating to get the AMT fluid we needed all the way from Wai. At a moment when we were genuinely stressed, that kind of help meant a lot. Not something you'd expect from a host, but he did it anyway.

Anastasiya took such good care of us when it came to food. She was flexible with our preferences, paid attention to little things, and just put in real effort to make our meals enjoyable. That personal touch made a big difference to the whole experience.

Also want to thank Shivam, Surya, Deepak and Pradip - such a helpful bunch, always responsive and polite. Whether it was housekeeping, meals, or just random little requests, they were always ready to help and made sure we were comfortable.

What really stood out about Terra was that none of it felt transactional. The hospitality felt personal, like they actually cared whether we had a good time - not just going through the motions.

Thanks again to Vikrant Sir, Anastasiya, Shivam, Surya, Deepak and Pradip for everything.

We'd absolutely come back, and we'll definitely be recommending Terra to friends and family.

Cons:

A Small Note

If I had to mention anything, it would just be that the location is a little offbeat and away from the main market area — so having your own vehicle or arranging one for local travel definitely helps. Not really a con, just something worth knowing beforehand so you can plan accordingly.

Also, since it rained quite a bit during our stay, the pathway from the parking area leading up to the property did get a bit slippery at points. Perhaps a little more attention to this during the monsoon season would make the walk up even safer and more comfortable for guests.

Other than these small points, everything else about our stay was wonderful and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Terra to others.
