Precioso el lugar, muy bonito, muy del estilo de Tulum, super bien ubicado, cuenta con 2 piscinas, una abajo y otra en el techo con área para comer y con una vista a la selva impresionante. La habitación muy bonita, amplia y muy limpia, con todo lo necesario. El personal fue super amable, el anfitrión siempre al pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. En verdad un excelente hospedaje
Schöner Platz innerhalb eines Dschungels nahe des Strandes. War sehr beeindruckend besonders auf dem Dach oben auf der Terrasse.

Great space, private feeling, a lot if greenery, many good restaurants nearby. Great beach and food at Las Dos Ceibas as well.
A little bit of renovation is needed to achieve this property full potential. But we didn’t mind
Pool not swimable
Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut, rundherum teilweise €1000,- für die Woche teurer.
Trotzdem gute lage, einrichtung sehr rustikal(positiv), um luxus gehts hier aber nicht!
Hervorzuheben ist der host Nico, reagiert sehr schnell und hat mir auch mit meinem Kofferproblem so gut wie es Ihm möglich war geholfen.
The location is good, the room is nice and quiet, Nico the concierge is most helpful and very efficient.
In a very calm and beautiful garden, with convenient access to the beach through the beach hotel. It was good value for money. We didn’t stay long enough to use the kitchen but it had everything needed to cook.

Really nicely decorated, a large room with plenty of space and nice area to sit outside. Close to some great cafes and restaurants, and access to beach clubs that don't charge a fortune!
Really good value for money for the size of the room and it was always super clean/sheets changed every day.
You're behind a restaurant - so when they're playing loud music, like they did on saturday night, you can really hear it.
I personally didn;t like being on ground floor, travelling alone you just don't feel as safe, and when people walked past along the alley running next to the property, it didn't feel very private.
I loved that it felt secluded. When it rained we sat outside and enjoyed. Tons of green foliage, private roof tops, balconies, and outdoor dining area.
Honestly I have no complaints. We always had clean towels. The bathrooms and kitchen was clean. We felt safe at all times. We even had excellent internet sccess.
We loved the room and staff were very helpful. The parking space at the side was useful to get you off the exclusive beach road. The cafe restaurant down stairs (Loco) serves fabulous food and quality drinks. The beach through the club is gorgeous.
The beach road is slow and full of pot holes and the traffic can make things awkward. There isn't a picture view from the room. The coffee machine shorted the electrics out so didn't use.
