Great value for money in an expensive area and nicely decorated.
Pros:

Really nicely decorated, a large room with plenty of space and nice area to sit outside. Close to some great cafes and restaurants, and access to beach clubs that don't charge a fortune!
Really good value for money for the size of the room and it was always super clean/sheets changed every day.

Cons:

You're behind a restaurant - so when they're playing loud music, like they did on saturday night, you can really hear it.
I personally didn;t like being on ground floor, travelling alone you just don't feel as safe, and when people walked past along the alley running next to the property, it didn't feel very private.

Perfect Tulum Getsway
Pros:

I loved that it felt secluded. When it rained we sat outside and enjoyed. Tons of green foliage, private roof tops, balconies, and outdoor dining area.

Cons:

Honestly I have no complaints. We always had clean towels. The bathrooms and kitchen was clean. We felt safe at all times. We even had excellent internet sccess.

Jungle beach vibes in this hidden away apartment
Pros:

We loved the room and staff were very helpful. The parking space at the side was useful to get you off the exclusive beach road. The cafe restaurant down stairs (Loco) serves fabulous food and quality drinks. The beach through the club is gorgeous.

Cons:

The beach road is slow and full of pot holes and the traffic can make things awkward. There isn't a picture view from the room. The coffee machine shorted the electrics out so didn't use.

Estadia muito boa, o hotel supriu muito bem nossas expectativas! Com certeza voltaria!
Pros:

O quarto é exatamente como nas fotos, ficamos no quatro triplo com varanda, e gostamos muito da cozinha ser separada para poder preparar as comidas com mais tranquilidade (sem cheiro no quarto).
A localização da pousada é excelente, com boas opções de locais para comer (apesar de serem caros).
Cama super confortável! Agua potável a vontade para abastecer garrafas. Estacionamento grande.
Acesso a preia pelo hotel DOS CEIBAS é gratuita! Inclusive para usar as instalações do hotel.

Cons:

Um dos pontos que mais me incomodou foi a água salgada para tomar banho, mas aparentemente muitos hotéis em Tulum tem apenas agua salgada em pias e chuveiros - (não é como água do mar, parece uma mistura entre agua doce e salgada).

ACESSO A PRAIA: Ao chegarmos tiramos algumas duvidas com o pessoal do hotel, e insistiram que a melhor opção para ir a praia era por um local chamado ETHER, mas tinha que pagar 600 pesos por pessoa para poder usar a estrutura do local. Ficamos chateados pois se não tivesse perguntado especificamente sobre a possibilidade de usar a estrutura do DOS CEIBAS ele nem teria nos avisado dessa possibilidade GRATUITA. Muito provavelmente ganha comissão pelo uso do ETHER, sem se preocupar com a facilidade de acesso dos hospedes.

Por fim, em Tulum de forma geral existem muitos animais silvestres. Tivemos certa dificuldade de nos adaptar aos mosquitos, sendo necessário usar repelente 100% do tempo. Alem disso na pousada acabamos encontrando alguns Cuatis (isso foi bem tranquilo).

Que cayó un aguacero la primera noche y se nos goteo en la sala y sobre todo en una recamara cayó bastante sobre el lugar de las almohadas
Los aires acondicionados como que de repente no enfriaban, los de las habitaciones. El de la sala muy bien.

Mooie, grote kamer met een dakterras als bonus.
Pros:

Ruime kamer met goede bedden, twee balkons, een keukentje en de beschikking over twee dakterrassen.
Het bovenste dakterras, met dompelbad, is te gek. Het ontvangst was super hartelijk.

Cons:

Het zwembad in de tuin was erg klein. Niet echt een alternatief op dagen dat je door het zeewier niet in zee kunt zwemmen.

One of the cheaper options in Tulum beach
Pros:

Could self cater, lots of restaurants & cafes nearby.

Cons:

Not hotels fault, but can only access beach through agreement with a beach club - have to ring bell at gate, sign in & restricted in times can go. No public access nearby. Also Tulum VERY expensive compared with rest of Mexico.
