Pros:

2/03/2026 : Siamo una coppia e abbiamo scelto questo hotel nel Parco Nazionale della Sila per concederci un momento di relax, facendo circa due ore di viaggio, anche in occasione del mio compleanno. Dalle foto la spa sembrava fantastica e le aspettative erano decisamente alte.

All’arrivo siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dalla camera: pulizia impeccabile, ambiente moderno, spazioso e curato.

Purtroppo l’esperienza in spa è stata tutt’altro che rilassante. C’era troppa gente rispetto ai servizi offerti (piscina, saune, ecc.) e la presenza di molti bambini che urlavano ha reso l’ambiente rumoroso e caotico, acqua della piscina fredda. Siamo usciti con il mal di testa invece che rigenerati.

Il punto più deludente è stato però il ristorante. Essendo in Sila, ci aspettavamo una certa qualità, soprattutto leggendo piatti come “patate della Sila”: ci sono state servite patate chiaramente riscaldate, dure e fredde. Il “tomahawk” di suino era freddo e completamente privo di sapore. Il primo piatto, ordinato dal mio ragazzo, è arrivato con una velocità sospetta, addirittura prima del vino, ed era tiepido.

Abbiamo fatto presente tutto al personale di sala e rimandato indietro i piatti. Abbiamo quindi optato per due pizze: una margherita discreta, mentre quella con patate e würstel presentava patatine “fritte” fredde e crude e un impasto poco cotto.

Nonostante tutto questo, abbiamo pagato circa 100€ per la cena. Non ci aspettavamo necessariamente uno sconto, ma almeno un’attenzione o una gestione più professionale della situazione. Questo fa pensare a una mancanza di comunicazione tra ristorante e reception.

Abbiamo segnalato l’accaduto anche alla reception, dove la signora è stata gentile, ma la risposta ricevuta è stata: “ce lo poteva dire prima”. Preciso che lo abbiamo fatto direttamente in sala, e in ogni caso non è responsabilità del cliente sopperire a eventuali mancanze organizzative interne.

Soggiorno rilassante e curato nei minimi dettagli
Pros:

Ho recentemente soggiornato presso il National Park Hotel & Spa e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista.

La struttura è immersa nella natura del Parco Nazionale della Sila, offrendo un’atmosfera rilassante e rigenerante, perfetta per staccare dalla routine quotidiana. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto, dotate di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole.

Un punto di forza è sicuramente la spa: ben organizzata, accogliente e ideale per concedersi momenti di puro relax. Anche la piscina e le aree comuni sono curate nei minimi dettagli.

Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso. Ottima anche la ristorazione: piatti gustosi, ben presentati e con prodotti di qualità.

Consiglio vivamente questa struttura sia per una fuga romantica che per una vacanza all’insegna del benessere e della natura. Tornerò sicuramente!

Pros:

Struttura accogliente e con una bella vista, parcheggio facilmente accessibile. Personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, le camere erano nella norma e spaziose.

Cons:

Il rumore continuo dell’impianto di riscaldamento, fastidioso durante la notte.

Very nice staff and super clean and nice hotel, spa & restaurant!
Pros:

Although we arrived soaking wet with our bicycles we were welcomed very nicely - also our doggy:)
Everyone is super helpful and nice. The Spa area is Beautiful and totally worth the Money. Everything was very clean. We loved the Pizza in the Restaurant and breakfast was really nice as well with Lots of Food options!
