De kamers en roomservice zijn fantastisch! Als je erheen gaat, echt roomservice bestellen, super romantisch!!
De wellness is ook fijn… als het niet druk is…
Laatste keer dat wij er waren was er een dame met haar kleine kinderen constant aan het bellen, met haar kinderen aan de hand. Heel luidruchtig. Niet fijn voor de ontspanning!
Daarnaast was het druk, ten opzichte van de vorige keren dat wij er waren. Dat vonden we ook jammer!

Pas de problèmes, pour nous c’était super.
It’s a massive hotel and I appreciate the amount of planning it must take to keep it so clean and well maintained. I stay in hotels for work around halfthe year and I can’t remember a hotel I have stayed in that was as good. Again, the Chef’s produce faultless high quality food for such a busy service. Anywhere else with such a large hotel, the food would be mediocre at best, here the food is stunning and would be normally found in a restaurant with many fewer covers. Really impressed!

Hygiëne
Het bed lag comfortabel en de kamer zelf was op zich prettig ingericht. Ook de badkamer was fijn, het bad en de douche waren beide erg aangenaam in gebruik.
Er was sprake van ernstige geluidsoverlast vanuit de naastgelegen kamer. De jacuzzi stond continu aan en veroorzaakte een constant dreunend geluid. Daarnaast werd er gebruikgemaakt van een Bluetooth-speaker met zware bas, wat tot diep in de nacht hoorbaar en voelbaar was in onze kamer. Hierdoor hebben wij vrijwel niet kunnen slapen.
Ook liet de hygiëne te wensen over. De ramen in de kamer waren zichtbaar vervuild en op de etage lag snus bij de lift, wat een onverzorgde indruk gaf.
Daarnaast viel de afhandeling van de klacht tegen. Hoewel wij melding hebben gemaakt, werd er achteraf aangegeven dat wij dit ’s nachts hadden moeten doen, zonder dat er een passende oplossing of compensatie is geboden.
Очень красиво,комфортно,чисто и уютно. Все продумано до мелочей. В спа есть шампуни,гели для душа. 2 парилки, хамам,инфро-красная сауна. Чистый и просторный номер. В номере есть даже гладильная доска и утюг.
В ресторане очень вкусно готовят.
Бассейн перенасыщен хлором.
