Excellent Stay - Outstanding Staff

Excellent stay with outstanding staff support

I had a very positive experience at Suzu Hotel. The hotel is well located, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and overall it’s a very pleasant place to stay.

What really stood out, however, was the staff. I had to extend my stay unexpectedly due to a lost passport, and the team handled everything with professionalism and kindness. I was even moved to an upgraded room with a lovely river view.

A special mention goes to Yew, who went above and beyond. She accompanied me to the police station to file a report and followed up repeatedly on my behalf to ensure everything was completed properly. This level of support made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

I would highly recommend this hotel—not just for the quality of the rooms, but for the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Una alternativa factible para tu alojamiento en Ho Chi Minh City.
Pros:

La habitación era de un tamaño adecuado.secundaria.
El personal muy amable y servicial y la limpieza del hotel muy buena.
La cáma cómoda y el baño con todos los implementos imprescindibles.
Televisor con gran pantalla y la posibilidad de captar programas de Japón muy interesantes.

Cons:

La ubicación, no resultó ser tan buena, no por no ser céntrica, sino por estar en una calle que mostraba ciertos signos de deterioro urbano y un tránsito algo peligroso de motos.
El desayuno demasiado sencillo.
