It's nice to stay.
Pros:

The host are incredibly friendly and efficient,the room was spacious,spotlessly clean,and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.Great location!It was within walking distance of all the major sights such as Mall of Asia.

Cons:

There is nothing disappointing or unpleasant.

Pros:

The area should be written outside so that it's easy to the client which 1st time also all security have a full idea on how's the system even the name of the facilities cuase it's happen for me we are there & we ask the security they don't know about the Oasis chic & when we came inside that's the time we understand that our location is correct.

Cons:

The pool & the room But regarding about payment im almost disappointed cuase i full paid direct the the owner & the owner told she informed the admin & the time we came to the admin they told me to go in billing area to pay the pool registration & what happen i really confused why the admin have No idea & what happen is the billing staff told to deducted to the owner I was very demented on what system of the hotel function really!!!

Pros:

I want to clearly state that the host and the property i stayed was absolutely perfect and immaculate! Clean and comfortable! The host was very informative and communicative.

Cons:

This has nothing to do with the property i stayed at. Again, NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PROPERTY I STAYED AT. But as far as the building goes…. The halls to the room of my stay, smells absolutely horrible. Smells like body odor and trash combined. Leaving the property, there were 3-4 roaches in the hall. The property i stayed had NONE. The property i stayed was clean and smelled absolutely amazing. I even complimented the scent and was curious on what they were using lol. Great place! But the building, needs more attention on the issues mentioned.

Love the location and the condo is clean.The host Miss Gemma is kind; vey accomodating and responsive.I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place near the Mall of Asia and NAIA.I'll definitely book again on my next visit!

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. It was cosy,warm and felt like home away from home. The bed was comfortable and the location is convenient. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. The place was clean, well maintained and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle free stay

Best condo we've stayed at in Manila!
Pros:

The condo is well equipped, modern, and really clean :) Our stay was comfortable and even the staff at the lobby are very friendly. The communication with the owner was great and location is amazing!

A must stay while in Manila.. Very close to Mall of Asia.
Pros:

Very nice place. Very clean and walking distance to the malls and many stores. Secuity if very good and felt safe while walking around the area. Will defiantly stay again while in Manila.

Perfect stay by Mall of Asia
Pros:

Fantastic location right by Mall of Asia. Gorgeous Condo building with friendly, helpful, professional staff. Host was amazing in every way, fast to respond to any questions, goes above and beyond. We will stay here again my next trip shortly and we were so impressed and bragged about this property that my Uncle and 2 other friends have had me send them the link to this property to use when they come to Manila.

Cons:

Hard to come up with things we didn't like. If I had to nitpick the facility charges 150 pesos per guest to use the pool. The gym is not allowed for guests to use only people who own the condo so that was a let down. But this is the Condo building rules and nothing that the host can control. 100% excellent A plus stay all the way!

The unit is nice and cozy. Complete amenities. I liked how the owner labeled and put notes/instructions on the things inside the unit.

I would to suggest to put a Netflix subscription for extra option on entertainment. .

I would book again for concert weekend.
Pros:

The apartment was nicely decorated and full of essential amenities. There was a convenience store near the building. Lobby guard of the apartment building was very friendly to guests.

Cons:

A five minute walk to Mall of Asia Arena, where it could get creppy at night due to informal settlers.
