Great value, spacious
Pros:

Great and easy check-in experience. Location is very good, fairly close to train to get to the Brussels center. Room was very spacious and clean.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was clogged and the kettle did not work. But I have to say that I stayed only overnight and had I reported it it would probably get fixed.
