Pros:

I went for a wedding and was looking forward to us the swimming pool and gym which where closed we were not told of this and not offered any refund in any way very disappointed they changed my room as someone else wanted to stay longer as well.

Cons:

That they didn't let use know about the swimming pool and gym

Affordable place within town proper.
Pros:

The owner was very considerate and helpful. I asked for iron and phone cable and she provided it. I even asked a favor from her regarding animal welfare and she assisted me. The place is secured. I got everything I need - kitchen utensils, refrigerator with freezer, drinking hot and cold water. Will surely rebook in the future.

Cons:

I just noticed when I arrived the freezer isn't defrosted and there was a hand towel that doesn't smell good. That's forgiveable because they provided clean towels after.

Pros:

Host was very attentive and communication channels were efficient.
Place is clean, unit is new, area is quiet, garden below has lots of beautiful flowers, easy to get Grab ride in the area.
Wifi is excellent.
The unit is near the stairs so it is convenient to use going uo and down. If lazy/tired, the elevator is nearby to use,too.
I love the water filter ( for drinking water), no need to use plastic bottles.
It feels safe there because security is strict about who should enter the compound and unit. Guards are very courteous.
Swimming pool is also clean. Make sure you try the "waterfalls" in the swimming pool for back massage:-)

Cons:

Someone before us (not sure who) destroyed the nice blinds in one of the rooms. Maybe best to replace it. We just put 2 pieces of cardboard to cover the lower part of this window.

It was all pleasant. Only the parking was disappointing.
Pros:

The place is cozy & clean and the location is so accessible to anywhere you want to go and the owner was nice.

Cons:

The basement parking is too narrow. You cannot load and unload passengers and stuffs once you are parked inside the parking slot because their parking slot is like a concrete walled container. Wide and huge SUV’s will fit but the drivers will definitely have a hard time going in and out of the vehicle. For me the basement parking was very inconvenient and it is a pay parking. They do not allow parking at the ground floor level which is in front of the building because there are owners and they will send tickets for unauthorized parking.
