Für Notfall eine Nacht ok, mehr nicht.

Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Empfang über Bildschirm. Keine Gratisparkplätze. Zimmer sehr klein. Schlechter TV-Empfang. Aussicht direkt an Nachbarsgebäude.

Madame, Monsieur.
Le séjour réservé pour ma famille dans votre hôtel est très médiocre vu qu'elle a dû changer 2 fois de chambre.
Store cassé, cuvette WC qui fout le camp, et surtout télécommande de télévision absente... Chaine bloquée sur 1 seule chaine allemande. Réclamation le lendemain.... Le soir toujours pas de télécommande.
Le service laisse à désirer.
Enfin un gars viendra finalement tard en soirée pour essayer de remettre en ordre les chaînes de la télé. N'y arrivant pas, changement de chambre à nouveau.
Hélas la nouvelle chambre va se trouver à côté de 2 chambres qui vont foutre le bordel dans le couloir pendant la seconde nuitée.... Ces gens gueulaient fort toute la nuit en claquant les portes. Ma famille n'a rien dormi n'osant pas sortir pour s'interposer à ces gens.
Signalement le matin au personnel sur l'écran. Ils étaient déjà au courant.

J'espère au moins avoir un geste commercial.
C'est la moindre des choses !
A vous de porter plainte contre ceux qui ont foutu le bordel et de leur prélever un supplément pour leur préjudice causé.....
Du coup vu ce bordel, changement de chambre au 3 ème étage ensuite...
Pas de problème sonore, mais le nettoyage du couloir n'a pas été fait. C'est franchement exécrable.

Vôtre hotel ne mérite donc pas sa 3 ème étoile. Je suis désolé de vous dire ça mais franchement votre hôtel c'est la catastrophe.

La réputation Suisse en a pris un sérieux coup....

A modest hotel - convenient location - near the railway station - fine for an overnight stay
Pros:

The hotel was what I expected from a modestly priced hotel in the french speaking part of Switzerland - basic but clean and comfortable - the video link reception facility was a novel experience. The ground floor of the building it occupies is shared with a standalone restaurant which is where breakfast was provided. The hotel is a short walk from the railway station which is why I chose it.

Отличное месторасположение, удобный чек ин

Cons:

Вся мебель очень очень старая, в шкафу воняет, только одна нормальная розетка на весь номер, если не считать розетку в ванной. Матрас продавленный и с пятнами, одной ламели не было, светильник плохо работает, душ поломанный и брызгает водой, фен очень старый
