It’s a well known place and big resort, hotel were clean staff were friendly
Spa was included but they direct me to the gym separate build, facility wasn’t all that for place like belfry
Very pleasant stay rooms lovely and helpful staff
Food was extortionate and not that great
Everything love
Nothing
Nothing Special to Say
Its Huge, dated, and a mess of constant extensions - been fortunate to stay in many spa hotels as travel extensively with work and with my family, this isn't the best location for a Spa break - also expensive for what it is.. it's basically a golf club with a hotel.. if you like golf, probably great!! If you don't there are far better hotels for the same price, that offer far more luxury, comfort and facilities.
Good location, lovely staff, good value.
Food in the bar good.
Food in Sam's restaurant was poorer quality and value than expected.
Rooms are not serviced automatically if staying more than one night. We weren't told this when booking in although small print written notification was in the room - which I didn't read of course!
Hence no change of wet towels, refreshments of water, coffee etc.
A first world problem perhaps but it did spoil what had been a really great first day.
Room was fair but not great. Expected better. Maybe my expectations were too high. Breakfast was OK, but very crowded the day we were there.
Setting.
Basic rooms even at Premium level. Restaurant music was inappropriate for dining.
Fantastic

Un Resort à l’américaine dédié aux conventions avec le golf comme faire valoir… dommage pour un si beau et si prztogizux parcours
Une usine où tout coûte cher
Beautiful place. Friendly staff. Food was great. Exceptional massage and the spa was lovely and clean. We had a lovely stay and would most definitely go back again.
Drinks were very expensive. The new building we stayed in is beautiful but very confusing getting in and out. Exit signs would have been very useful!
Room service staff were lovely.
You expect a certain level of excellence with it being The Belfry. It’s a mediocre hotel with no air conditioning. The beds are quite hard and the bedding is very cheap. Check in staff gave the feeling of being annoyed by us being there.
