Apartamento muito bom, não se ouvia nada dos outros apartamentos, o que para nós era essencial.
Pros:

A localizaçao do apartamento era numa zona sossegada, perto da Isla mágica e da praça Hércules.
O apartamento era pequeno mas suficiente para 4 pessoas, tinha tudo o que é necessário para preparar refeições, decoração moderna, tinha um pátio interior (sem nada) pois era no rés do chão. O estacionamento mesmo no alojamento, foi Top.

Cons:

Não ter TV no quarto, apenas tinha uma na sala.

Pros:

The apartment is nice but the smell is katastrophical!

Cons:

Catastrophic experience. The apartment smelled strongly of mold and dampness, and it was absolutely impossible to stay there. Apartment B2 has no window in the living room, even though the staff claim that the “window” is next to the entrance door — and when you open it, you are literally looking into the building hallway.

The bedrooms also smelled of dampness and mold. At 11 PM, we had to leave the property because we arrived late and were forced to search for another accommodation in Seville.

The staff refused to provide another apartment that did not smell.

After an entire day of messaging back and forth and reporting the issue both to Booking.com and to the inspection authorities, they finally admitted that the apartment does smell.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excelente estadía y lugar!
Pros:

Nos encantó y nos resultó muy cómodo para 2 parejas que necesitan privacidad y cada uno un baño. Impecable todo!
