Belle résidence propre et accueillante.
Pros:

Un endroit excellent sur deux étages. Deux salles de bain et grand salon et terrasse. Quelque km à pied du centre (40 min). La communication avec la gérance a été au delà des attentes. Wow!

posizione ottima, gli arredi della casa sono validi. Cucina attrezzata, frigo grande, macchina caffè presente. Abbiamo soggiornato nelle due penthouse, eravamo un gruppo di 11 persone. Buona anche la comunicazione con la proprietà

piccole cose da migliorare, per esempio l'asse del wc era messo veramente male, ma nel complesso tutto bene

Bella struttura, prendere gli appartamenti al primo piano non al piano terra
Pros:

Casa rinnovata di recente

Cons:

Attenzione che se si prende l’appartamento al piano terra la zona giorno risulta essere senza finestre/luce pertanto è molto buia e si crea poco giro d’aria. Le stanze da letto si trovano praticamente sulla strada e non sono correttamente insonorizzate. Consiglio di prendere il primo piano.

Apartamento de revista
Pros:

Un apartamento impecable. Bastante limpio, equipado con absolutamente todo lo necesario para la estancia, y una decoración digna de una revista. Kits de productos para fregar y lavar la ropa e incluso botiquín. A pesar de que nos hospedamos 6 personas, no sentimos que el espacio y las instalaciones fueran un problema sino todo lo contrario

Pros:

El alojamiento nos ha gustado mucho en todos los sentidos, la ubicación era ideal para nuestro plan en la ciudad, bien comunicado y cerca de La Cartuja, por lo tanto, ideal para eventos por la zona. La comunicación con el personal ha sido continua y fluida, una gestión excepcional, también agradecemos los trámites para solventar el parking ya que era un aspecto importante para el grupo de huéspedes. El apartamento era muy acogedor, recién reformado, aparentemente, y decorado con estilo, además, bastante limpio.

Cons:

Por nombrar algún aspecto a mejorar podemos mencionar que tiene poca iluminación natural y que el sofá cama no era de los más cómodos ya que la estructura se hundía hacia el centro.

O apartamento é muito acolhedor, o facto de ter duas casas de banho com chuveiro é ótimo. Ter garagem segura, principalmente para quem viaja de mota, é uma mais valia.

A wonderful 5-nights at this beautiful apartment in Sevilla
Pros:

Large, clean, modern and well-equipped apartment with underground parking in a quieter location of the city. Easy to walk or bus to the major sights. Comfortable beds and pillows, quality bed linens and towels. Proactive communications by the host company.

Cons:

Sound carries and echoes loudly from the exterior and interior marble courtyards, so if you are unlucky, some inconsiderate neighbors might disturb you and there is no onsite staff to address it immediately after hours. We only noticed this a couple of times for brief periods over our 5 night stay, fortunately, so we were not negatively impacted.
