Comfortable sized apartment, clean and new. Well equiped. Very attentive and helpful staff, our request was resolved within 10 minutes.

Cons:

Erevything great, i would only have small suggestions to consider: a clothes rack would be helpful with the washmachine for the clothes you do not want to put in the dryer ( an iron and ironing board was also available),and putting a curtain or internal blinds in front of the internal patio facing windows would ensure added comfort and privacy.

Estadia boa mas podia ser espectacular facilmente.
Pros:

O espaço, a decoração, o conforto.
O facto de ser moderno, espaçoso e bem decorado.

Cons:

O facto de entrar de carro para um elevador para poder colocar o carro no parque privado do alojamento. Não acho confortável. Dá algum medo..
E não haver ninguém com quem falar dentro do espaço onde se encontram os apartamentos.. não se vê absolutamente ninguém caso se necessite pedir uma informação.
Não darem abertura para ajudar fora de horas quando algo não corre como esperado.. tive dificuldade em encomendar comida, não estava a saber como resolver e como aquele número que facultam era só para situações urgentes e não havia ninguém no espaço para me dirigir, tive que conseguir sozinha resolver ou então não comia.
Um dos duches, entupiu com cabelos de hóspedes anteriores e eu tive que ir tomar banho à outra casa de banho porque começou a espalhar água pela casa de banho da suíte.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Very clean and beautiful apartment. Very easy to communicate with the company renting us the place. Walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. Great having a garage to park because parking in Seville is a nightmare

HEERLIJK VERBLIJF
Pros:

Fijne ligging wel iets uit centrum maar goed te doen. Heerlijk dakterras en in het appartement alles wat je nodig hebt.
Communicatie met beheerder verliep super.
Bij vragen kregen we snel antwoord.
Alles was schoon niets op aan te merken.

Sve je bilo odlicno.Domacin brzo odgovara na poruke a apartman deluxe u kojem smo bili bio je savrsen.Posteljina i rucnici mirisu predivno.Sve smo imali unutra.

Me resultó práctico, estratégico, simple. Muy bien para ir en familia, con pequeños.
Pros:

Me pareció una ubicación estratégica, en cuanto a que es una zona tranquila, y a la vez cerca del centro histórico, sin estar próximo a los ruidos y movimiento propio de una gran ciudad como Sevilla.

Cons:

No me gustó mucho la poca vista, el hall de entrada muy al decubierto, entonces en invierno hace frío. Hubiese preferido que el hall que nuclea a las habitaciones tenga mayor un cerramiento. Tampoco me gustó el baño en suite, que tenía las paredes un poco manchadas con material de obra/refacción- No era mugre, era detalles estéticos.

Appartement très agréable, propre, parking souterrain avec ascenceur.
Pros:

Petit lotissement d'appartements, entièrement refait avec un cour centrale couverte très agréable. Accès parking par ascenceur à voiture mais sans difficulté (même grosse voiture, nous avions un C5 Aircross). Appartement petit mais très bien décoré et aménagé, du matériel dans la cuisine, quelques capsules de café, quelques produits alimentaires de base (sel, huile, etc.). Deux belles chambres et une petite sdb commune. Quartier calme dans les ruels typique de Séville et à 20mn du centre ville historique.

Cons:

Accès parking, faut faire attention mais cela passe même grosse voiture.
