Pros:

The property is new and absolutely beautiful. The finishes in the home are lovely and the space well designed and very clean. The roof is also gorgeous with large table and bbq. Located in a residential area near several marinas, it is convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cons:

like most beds in Mexico and Central/South American, the mattress is a bit hard.
