Location is very good.
The room size could be better.Doors were not locking properly.
I couldn't find the hotel, my driver and I spent more than an hour trying to get to the hotel location but never found it, plus the location area provided was dark and gated. I'm asking for a full reimbursement.
I recently stayed at the Hotel Marks INN & Banquet , Noida and had a delightful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished.

The staff were extremely friendly and kind. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth and professional. waiting with breakfast available as well despite an early start. Additionally the staff were very helpful. Everything was fantastic.. the housekeeping and front desk staff are awesome.. friendly and always ready to help..

RO water may get be available for drinking water in room after providing complimentary 500ml bottle which is quite insufficient for 24 hrs
The staff was cooperative.
The cleanliness was disappointing. Amenities were bad. Tv was not working. Shower was not working properly. Fridge was stinky and not working.
-If you doing business in Noida, this is a prime location.
-Super efficient check in process. Everything is there in the system.
-Super responsive customer service. Not only AI, but also real person consultant.
-Room is squeaky clean and minimalistic. It looks fresh and comfortable.
-Super eco-friendly. It does not provide razor and toothbrush/ paste but they are free on your request.
All in all, affordability does not mean you have to stay in a lousy and dirty hotel. Hotel MArks Inn & Banquet is the perfect example of showing simplicity and not having to spend money on extra things. I am amazed at the level of hospitality at the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Marks & Banquet. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm, clean, and very welcoming. A special mention to Laxmi she was incredibly kind, helpful, and made the dining experience even more memorable. Thank you for such a lovely time!
