Negombo Beach - The Breeze by Roshi

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful beach apartment during our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, our host Ashini from The Breeze by Roshi made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. She surprised us with a thoughtful arrangement of cakes, flowers, and a hamper, which made our arrival extra special and memorable.
The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and you could truly see the attention to detail in everything. Communication with Ashini was excellent throughout our stay – always responsive, kind, and helpful.
The atmosphere of the place is calm and relaxing, and the beach view is absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made our honeymoon even more special.
Thank you again to Ashini and The Breeze by Roshi for such a memorable and comfortable stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and beautiful beachfront apartment.

Everything was clean , neat , cozy and modern , u find all what u need , including washing machine and cutlery with plates . I was pleased with a good mattress and fresh aromatic pillows , so I slept as a child 😆I enjoy our stay , thank u!

Great studio space to spend a few days at Negombo. Sunset views, good wifi and very accommodating host. Loved the rooftop pool.

Spacious bedsit with lounge, kitchen and balcony with views over the beach. Well equipped and very clean. We had an early flight and this provided a nice roomy base close to the airport with lots of eating options.

The room is very big and well equipped, with a full kitchen and even an iron with an ironing board.

A well situated apartment. Spacious. With all amenities.. including a washer/dryer. Fridge freezer and microwave. With an electrical hob.

Everything was great! Nice pool in the top, very nice staff, in front of the beach, they let me do the check in early.

The accommodation was nicely furnished and had all the facilities that you need, the location was good with views over the beach.

Everything we wanted - excellent location with plenty of restaurants and shops, friendly owner, fantastic ocean views, spacious room and great hotel facilities.

We only stayed here for one night before our flight home, but the price this was a perfect accommodation with everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing too I wasn’t expecting them to be so good! A very tidy and neat apartment and check in and out was very smooth too. The location is good, next to lots of restaurants and shops and the beach of course. I would definitely recommend to anybody!

This studio apartment is in an unbeatable location, right next to the beach with tons of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, super comfortable, and has everything you’d need—even a washing machine, which was a great bonus.
