Hotel great Venice not as great as other cities. Hotel was very nice.

Beautiful hotel, great place to stay.

Cons:

The staff was not as warm as previous hotels in Italy. Also they sent me to a terrible restaurant and I know it was a tourist trap because the food was very expensive and not good at all. Terrible recommendation.
