Black mold on leaky ceiling and no one came to fix in 4 days.
Pros:

Bathroom was flooding from the ceiling and fan vent. The black mold made me sick. I never get sick but after first night there I could hardly breathe. I was coughing up green form. I in bed at home now.

Cons:

Nobody fixed the leak not the black mold. When on the toilet I would have water dripping on my back.

Adequate, I guess
Pros:

The bed was comfy adequate amount of pillows

Cons:

The room had construction issues. The ceiling fell on us in the middle of the night. And when the owner finally responded, they asked when we checked in, even tho we had to check in with the front desk. No other contact from the owner was made.
The ac unit was strong enough, but was put in poorly. Insulated, but no trim.
Room was small in size. Chairs were wrong for the space. Bed took up majority of the room.
Parking was provided at an additional cost. Lock box contains the key, which was difficult to open. Not a keypad.

It was good.
Pros:

Cleanliness and comfort were commendable, and it is located in the center so moving around was not difficult.

Cons:

There were no instructions on the keysafe, and I cannot connect to the wifi. The security at the front desk, however, was helpful and stayed with me until things were sorted out.
