スタッフの方の対応が良かった
Pros:

雨の中をバイクで訪問したので、チェックイン時にスタッフの方に服などを拭くのに雑巾を貸してほしいと依頼した所、バスタオルやタオルを貸して貰い、雨の中大変だったのではとこちらを気遣う言葉があり、大変好感を持てる対応をしてもらった事。

ウェルカムドリンクとしてビール2本、お茶2本、ミネラルウォーター4本が用意されていた点もよかった。
予約者へのプレゼントとしてチョコレートが用意されていた点も好感を持てた。

宿泊費もリーズナブルに感じてお得に利用できたと思う。

エアコンの作動音が人によっては気になるかも。

レンタカーによる移動がメインなので、駐車場完備と自由に出し入れできる点はとても魅力
都市高速のインターも近いため、車移動なら便利
フードメニューのキャンペーン中で御当地物を安く食べられて満足
大分名物りゅうきゅうが美味しくて毎晩夜食に食べた
全部屋AndroidTV完備なので、退屈なお正月番組でなく大画面でサブスク鑑賞出来た
ホテルの性質上、部屋も浴室もトイレもベッドも大変広く、アメニティも充実
フロントではシャンプーやボディソープレンタルもある
ドアの開閉はフロント連絡になるが、夜中でも問題なく外出出来る
防音性も高いので隣の音が気になることもない
ビジネスに泊まるより数倍快適で、1人利用なら最高の環境です

車なら大変便利な反面、交通機関だと移動がちょっと大変かもしれない

Fun for a night, good location, but dated for the price.
Pros:

The staff here are very kind and helpful, it’s quite foreigner friendly. I stayed on the fifth floor with unlimited ice cream which was fun. The room was spacious albeit dated. Nice amenities, I loved the facial steamer and curling iron and facial creams! The tvs were nice too, but no adult videos to watch unlike other love hotels—there is a bluray player however. The bed was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It’s quite old and dated, with many visible signs of disrepair. The cleanliness wasn’t quite what I expected from my experience at other love hotels. The bed was very clean, but the bathtub had a bit of soap residue and it was quite narrow and small. The can of bug spray in the room was considerate, but was off putting and made me wonder if bugs were in the room. I didn’t see any, but it was winter time. For a cheaper rate I would stay here again, but it felt a bit high for what we got. In other cities, for this price, the room has a massage chair and karaoke and better member benefits. The location is convenient to kokura station, but it’s a somewhat litter filled area.
