Exceptional
Pros:

Very nice room, very quiet. Staff was very friendly. I felt like I had the place to myself

Superb
Pros:

The accommodation was very clean and modern. Felix was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had.
The complex was quite recently built so a rare find in Calapan. It is similar to a 3 bedroom villa and we stayed in one of the suites. The pool was lovely. There is a common shared area and small communal kitchen available to use which was very helpful. We do note there was no lift and a few flights of stairs but the staff will help you with luggage and the stairs were not an issue for us. There is a supermarket nearby.
