Very good reasonably priced stay
Pros:

Staff were great and hotel/room were clean and comfortable. Only stopped 1 night with no breakfast, but ticked the boxes we needed

Pros:

The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. Very modern. The staff were nice.

Cons:

As a group there was nowhere for us to really sit and chat, talk and debrief our day. The only place was the foyer where people were coming and going and you had to talk across the room. There was no quiet side room or meeting room - this was a big negative for us. I think this hotel would be great for couple or individual travellers but not groups or families.

Will not return to this hotel. Cleanliness has to improve.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room, common areas, the list. There was so much dirt under the bed. Bathrooms were not too clean either.
There were drunken men in the hotel and didn't seem quite as safe.
The hotel has a policy that wouldn't refund payment if you chose to leave the hotel.
