Pros:

Breakfast was very good! The staff was incredible, very helpful, and very nice. And when we stayed there, we were having a huge problem with lost luggage and all the staff helped us a lot, in every way they could!

Our presidential suite was very spacious

Cons:

Check in was supposed to be 4:00. We arrived to upset customers waiting to check in. It took an hour and a half! Never greeted and no explanations.

Close enough from the airport and las americas mall as well as old San Juan…. Driving distance that is. There is a Walm

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff were friendly

Cons:

I specifically booked as there were loungers by the pool in the photos. On arrival the restaurant tables have taken over the whole deck, so even though the restaurant doesnt open until 5pm, there's no loungers to use by the pool all day long. I ended up paying for day passes to use the pool at other hotels so the thing I wanted to do most on holiday would not be ruined. I told the front desk staff I was really disappointed as I specifically wanted to relax by the pool, and they said they thought there were still some loungers around - they would look into it. They never appeared and there was no follow up.

Breakfast is ONLY available in the room and when they're busy the timings are very loose, order much earlier than you want it for in order to avoid either missing breakfast or being late for anything you have booked - this happened to us, so once again we were paying out of pocket for facilities/services we had already paid for at Ciquala but they couldn't deliver

Cheap if u dont want to stay near beach
Pros:

Room big ,clean ,good WiFi and choice of tv channels

Cons:

Pool tiny on roof and no sun loungers just tables and chairs . We got uber to plaza de America's for shopping and also condago beach and old san juan ,most rides only 8 dollars

Good location amd friendly staff

Cons:

We booked a room for 3 people, we arrived at 10 pm to find the sofa bed wasn't made up. Staff just gave us sheets to make ourselves. Not enough towels and the room was generally unclean. Had a kitchenette so we wanted to make food but there were no plates, cutlery cups etc. Staff seemed.put out when we asked for additional items which were missed from the room in the first place. No housekeeping either and when we asked we were told staff had gone home for the day. Sofa bed was super uncomfortable so did not sleep.

The location is highly convenient, with easy access to everything needed while travelling, and the rooms are fully equipped with all the utensils required for cooking and cleaning, making longer stays both practical and comfortable.
