Хорошее место для остановки на 3 ночи
Pros:

Идеальное расположение, все рядом. Огромный супермаркет в подземном переходе через Маштоца.
Апартаменты чистые, все есть (мы не готовили).

Cons:

Есть стиральная машинка и даже капсула для стирки, но нет сушилки, на которой можно высушить белье. Также негде сушить полотенца, повесить халат. Нет полочки для средств в душевой. Если все это добавить, то место было бы идеальным.

Pros:

The location is great

Cons:

The place is much more dull than it may appear from the pictures. It was pretty cold in the apartment too. The shower cap is really weak, the shower cabin leaks. There is mould in the bathroom

Pros:

Ранний заезд. Принесли доп постельные принадлежности. Хорошая обратная связь. Все необходимое есть на кухне! Супер удобно, при размещении с детьми

Cons:

Интернет ловит не везде. Телевизор постоянно отключается. И тв только в гостиной, в двух спальнях нет тв.
Сейчас идет ремонт везде тратуары и улицы, не подойти нормально к дому, но это временные трудности.

Pros:

Большие и просторные апартаменты, светло, чисто и красиво. Больше всего понравился большой балкон и панорамные окна! Если повезет с погодой, то с балкона можно увидеть Арарат! Находится в самом центре, удобной расположение. Дом новый, с консьержем. Все соответствует фото

Cons:

В наш период проживания на улице где располагается дом шел ремонт и было не ноги шумно, но за это нельзя критиковать, это никак не относится к владельцам апартаментов

Pros:

Впечатления не очень хорошие. Похвалить можно локацию. В остальном не очень особенно за эти деньги.

Cons:

Сама квартира с очень сильной слышимостью. Так же всегда после использования душа на полу оставались лужи, которые пересекали в коридор. Хотя мы старались аккуратно использовать душ. Это говорить о неполадках. Плита работает плохо, в плохом состоянии.
Мы просили предоставить кроватку я запросила ее через booking, мне написали цену и я ответила «да, цена мне подходит». Но когда приехали кроватки не было и сервис сказал что я не подтвердила, что нам нужна кроватка. Судите сами, но я думаю, что я выразилась ясно. Когда кроватку принесли у нее отсутствовал детский матрас, вместо него был тонкий взрослый матрас который даже не складывался пополам в размер кроватки. Это разозлило потому что кроватка еще и за дополнительную плату.
