Recommended. Location is the best. Will get back in the future.
Pros:

Been there multiple times. Very easy and fast communication with the staff. They fix any issues very quick. Location is fantastic! Just a few minor improvements needed fr cabinets and doors especially in the bathroom. overall - will get back in the future.

Cons:

Maybe renovate some furniture just a little bit. Add more facilities - previous time there was a shoehorn, but this time it was disappeared. but positive improvements is that laundry detergent finally added :).

Wonderful apartment in the city center
Pros:

Wonderful apartment in the city center, just 10 minutes and you can reach any part of Yerevan. Perfectly clean, responsive hosts, and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it to other guests and will definitely stay here again in the future

Думаю, квартиру надо сначала отремонтировать и привести в порядок, а потом сдавать. Она явно не стоит этих денег
Pros:

Локация, новый дом с охраной

Cons:

Не понравилось отношение хозяйки, которая потребовала предоплату 50% не через booking, а на личную карту, при этом предложила совершенно невыгодный курс в армянских драмах. Обещала прислать инструкцию как заселяться в апартаменты за сутки до нашего прибытия, но так и не прислала. Пришлось в день заселения ей писать смс. Еще неудобство, что она прислала к нам каких-то людей, чтобы взять вторую часть оплаты, договорились о времени, в итоге они опоздали на полчаса. Мы чувствовали себя некомфортно во всем, что касается оплаты. Так же хозяйка написала, что мы должны оставить залог за апартаменты, на случай, если что-то испортим, а в день выселения, квартиру проверят и если все будет хорошо, залог вернут. Я в шоке от таких требований! Мы путешествуем по всему миру, дважды были в Ереване и никто не просил залог. Я сказала, что это неудобно и возможно это повлияло на ситуацию, залог с нас не взяли. Но сама квартира очень неудобная и неухоженная. Кровать в спальне маленькая, не king size, диван в гостиной очень неудобный, стена возле дивана грязная и с дыркой. Белье и полотенца сильно пахнут хлоркой, под в санузеле грязный и неприятный, как будто на стройке. Двери в душевой кабине раздвигаются с трудом. Гель для душа и шампунь оставили 3 малюсеньких флакончика, этого явно недостаточно, в Ереване жарко и душ требуется принимать часто. В общем, неудобно и неуютно. Хозяйку интересовала только оплата, причем самым неудобным образом, а наше заселение и комфортное проживание нет. Соотношение цена и качество не очень, апартаменты не стоят этих денег

Хорошее место для остановки на 3 ночи
Pros:

Идеальное расположение, все рядом. Огромный супермаркет в подземном переходе через Маштоца.
Апартаменты чистые, все есть (мы не готовили).

Cons:

Есть стиральная машинка и даже капсула для стирки, но нет сушилки, на которой можно высушить белье. Также негде сушить полотенца, повесить халат. Нет полочки для средств в душевой. Если все это добавить, то место было бы идеальным.

Pros:

The location is great

Cons:

The place is much more dull than it may appear from the pictures. It was pretty cold in the apartment too. The shower cap is really weak, the shower cabin leaks. There is mould in the bathroom
