Only that the front desk person was very helpful in finding us better accommodations.

We booked a 2 bedroom villa and they put us in a tiny dirty room with 2 small beds we could barely walk between.

This hotel is a very good choice, and value, in the region. The new owners are improving it a lot.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Fruit was always fresh. Rice with beans (the traditional) was tasty. The landscaping of the property is beautiful and was what motivated me to go there. A small refrigerator to store food and beverages was great to have. There was plenty of closet and drawer storage.

Cons:

Consistency in table setting such as availability of napkins. Scrambled eggs were often dry. There was no variability in the offerings, but I find this understandable for the operation they're running at this time.
Water pressure in the shower was about medium. Some kind of drying rack for wet beachwear would be great to add to the room. A small microwave would be a nice addition to complement the fridge.

Nice place but misleading description
Pros:

Swimming pool. Friendly staff, lovely gardens, nearby beach, a few shops and restaurants within a 5mn drive.

Cons:

The description of a Superior Villa is incorrect: "This villa comes with 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom ".
The villa consists of a single bedroom and bathroom, THERE IS NO LIVING ROOM. Furthermore, we reported this to reception and it was confirmed to us that upon discussion with their manager, this description in Booking.com had been updated. This was obviously a lie!
The state of the toilets in the breakfast area left a lot to be desired ...
A coffee maker with two cups in the room, that's it. How about two spoons or stirrers? There is basic and basic ... This was disappointing compared to all the other places (9 in 3 weeks) we stayed at for a similar price

Amazing and honest staff in a Boutique hotel with great location.
Pros:

Breakfast and location. Villa we had was in front of a small pool-- convenient. Staff is great. They were friendly. Also when we checked out, they called us to say we left a tablet. Honesty is the best.

Cons:

The room that we had unfortunately had construction next door, which is fine and we understand. The villa is nice and bed is comfy, but can have update in the kitchen. Not a big deal, overall experience is great as it compensates with the pool in front of us and also awesome staff.

Nice stay in Villa except for construction noise
Pros:

We stayed 7 nights and booked a standard villa that had 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and mini dining room. It was spacious for my husband and I. The villa was clean and in front were the pool and the breakfast area. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was from 7 am to 9 am & we were able to get our food to go or at 7 am since we had to leave early for scuba diving with “Under the Sea”. The place is walking distance to the beach. We walked to the dive center and to the restaurants. We also enjoyed going to the beach to view sunsets. Our daily rate for lodging was reasonable.

Cons:

We would have fully enjoyed our stay except for the major construction of another villa next to ours. The workers started around 7 am and ended late in the afternoon. We were not warned prior to my booking that this was happening. When we came back from scuba diving, we wanted to rest and nap as well as enjoy lounging by the pool. Unfortunately, the construction noise were loud and grating. I went to the front desk and let them know. The hotel did not have another similar villa to move us in. We stayed in our villa and stayed away as much as we can during the day to avoid the noise.

Pros:

The place looks so much better in person! Pictures are nice but don’t do it justice! Loved it so much I extended my stay. Only .3 miles from the restaurant area with a cafe, mini mart and a few restaurants on the next block. Pools are warm and I appreciated the second salt water pool! Breakfast was yummy too! Super quiet and serene. Not really a party villa at all but would stay again!

Ubicación excepcional! Cerca de muy buenas Playas!
Pros:

Su ubicación es excepcional, cerca de la playa, y de restaurantes. Su personal es muy atento, y con ellos pueden conseguir diferentes tours. 2 piscinas para disfrutar después de la playa. A pocos minutos en carro tienes acceso a playas como PENCA, PRIETA, LAS CATALINAS, FLAMINGO, y POTRERO. La Marina de Flamingo a 5 min de distancia en Carro, y a 10 min las Catalinas. Muy buen hotel! El desayuno también para destacar: 2 opciones TÍPICO (mi preferido) y CONTINENTAL! Volvería a repetir sin duda. Saludos!

The Internet went down the night we stayed. So, we could not use the phone or Watch TV at all. I think towels should be provided for tourists that go to the beachwear

Pros:

Breakfast options were simple but good. Location is perfect, only few minutes walk from the beach. We also enjoyed two outdoor pools. Staff was really nice and chill.

Cons:

We booked a Deluxe Room for 3, and it did not match description at all. It had quite minimalistic facilities: just 3 beds and a fridge. There was no other piece of furniture or shelfs. Promised coffee maker was not included either.

El desayuno típico: era muy simple, hacía falta más proteína y usualmente si pedías algo más no había. El jugo de naranja era de paquete o caja pero no era natural no sabía bien
La televisión no tenía cable, no podíamos ver nada porque ni el internet funcionaba bien donde estábamos
