Comfortable overnight pitstop stay
Pros:

Simple and comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Location a bit far from main road so less road noise.

Eat & Rest made easy
Pros:

Easy to park, away from busy roads. I like thay have coway, really helps a lot w my drinking needs. I travel for work a lot & proud to say the bed & pillow at shafura 3 is the comfiest so far. Walking distance to eateries

Cons:

Toilet can have a bit of smell, maybe because no ventilation. No lift but only 1 level up. A bit dusty

Room, especially their toilet in good condition and clean during our stay.
Pros:

It's located to Kemaman City and easy to find halal restaurant especially for food hunters. Room condition is good, the toilet was clean just, the room it is little bit small but still ok..

Cons:

When the guest nearby was talking loudly in walkway, we can hear their voice in our room.

It’s a fair one considering it’s a new building.
Pros:

The location is great very near to several viral locations.

Cons:

The room was not ready when I arrive.
Have to wait until 4.30 pm before check in.
