Important information:

1. All guests are kindly requested to advise this hotel of their estimated time of arrival to ease arrival and assist with cleaning scheduling. Many arrivals make use of a supplied code to access keyboxes at the property (NOT the Booking.com pin code). To ensure smooth arrival, please arrange this before the arrival date.

2. Arrival is possible from 09:00 onwards, where the room is not yet ready, luggage will be stored at the Valentine until the room is available. There is no charge for this service. Staff are present while working each day, typically 9am to 3pm or later, and will welcome guests arriving during those hours, there is no full-time reception function in this type of property.

3. Please note this property has no ground floor bedrooms and is exempt from disability legislation due to its historic nature, four floors of rooms are accessed by stair only, so is not suitable for any guest with mobility issues as there is of course no elevator/elevator in such a historic property.

4. There are no meal options in this room-only property. This is not a self-catering property - for the comfort of other guests preparation and consumption of food is not permitted in rooms.

5. When booking more than 2 rooms, different policies and conditions apply which will include a nonrefundable deposit. These are specific to each reservation and will be detailed by message with an option to cancel if they are unsuitable.

6. This property is completely unsuitable for large groups and stag/hen parties. It is not suitable for those traveling with small children - please note ALL guests must be stated in the reservation, there are no free places and the total number of guests, of any ag,e must not exceed that in the reservation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

La chambre était jolie et spacieuse avec vue sur le jardin. L'emplacement de cet hôtel est idéal, loin du tumulte du centre ville mais suffisamment proche pour faire les visites à pied. Il y a plein de restaurants autour, pour le breakfast je recommande le Don’t Tell Mama qui est tout près et qui fait de délicieux et copieux Scottish Breakfast

Pros:

Hôtel bien situé ( moins 10 mn du centre ville) - déco sympa - propre.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Cons:

Boa localização. Serviu o propósito.
Pros:

A localização, sem dúvida. Fica bastante perto do centro o que é algo que valorizamos muito.
A cama era confortável.

Cons:

O quarto tinha alguns problemas:
- pequeno, não tinha arrumação,
- a casa de banho não tinha ficha no interior,
- ouvíamos os outros hóspedes a falar,
- o chuveiro da banheira entupia após de 2 minutos de banho.

Pros:

Ubytování je přímo v centru, všude se dá dojít pěšky. V okolí restaurace a bary. Hrad je asi 15 minut pěšky. Personál byl velice milý a ochotný. Pokoj byl čistý a připravený. Každý den se dokonce uklízel. Byli jsme spokojení.

Cons:

Pokoj byl opravdu velmi malý. Topení na pokoji bylo také malinké, takže občas byla v pokoji docela zima. V koupelně nebylo topení vůbec, takže tam byla zima opravdu velká. Navíc nebyl v koupelně ani žádný přímotop nebo žebřík, kde by se daly usušit ručníky.

Nada. Por decir algo, lo único es que nos tocó una habitación que tenía el baño fuera, por lo que a veces era apenas incómodo. Pero nada que no nos haga pasar una estancia genial
