An excellent place in Yafo. Great view from a rooftop.
Not a concern actually but the room is rather small.
Beautiful location and the balcony
Cold water in the shower, instructions on heating were not clear, but we managed in the end.
Also the code at the front entrance was not working properly

Guests need to be warned about the narrow and steep stairs to the rooms.

The location is VERY noisy, old windows so you can hear everything. Broken window shutters, semi-safe electrical sockets, weird smells, the shower doesn't close well so it nearly floods the restroom, very old, the paint is peeling off the walls. Honestly? Was really disappointed. Luckily I just needed a bed to place my head on.

The staff was available and prompt 24 hours via texting!! The location a solid 10 and the boutique aspect of the unit made us feel like we were locals. Not that big hotel non personal feel .
It was spacious, a great location in terms of accessing the night life. I was upgraded (thank you Jay!) to a very spacious apartment with my own balcony overlooking old Jaffa.
The lack of any physical reception creates dramas I just don't want to deal with. I had to try several 2 browsers and a couple of different methods even to get them my passport and visa information. I would strongly suggest that the links that get sent to you via email go to a site with a great big icon for language, so you're not wading around the site, trying to find an English (in my case) translation. Booking.com mail won't send documents. I would also suggest you tell people that there are TWO buildings and which one they're in. When you're travelling, you often arrive tired and trying door codes and then key codes on the wrong building is just a major pain in the neck.
