nice heritage type property

Cons:

Property was good, however meintenance is reuired like doors were gammed. electric shokets are coming out, jet was broken that they replaced. If they given attention to these details then it will be perfect. Last parking is limited, cars are parked very compact and in all directions, it will be really difficult if your car is inside and wants to move out. It took 1 hour for us after checkout to move our car.

Staff was good. Room size was comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms were not cleaned very well and smelled musty. Charging points for mobile was not near bed side and AC could not be controlled using remote.

Nice property but highly understaffed.
Pros:

Breakfast was good as everything was cooked afresh. Staff was good.

Cons:

We had taken 2 rooms for 2 persons. Unfortunately TV was not working in any of the rooms. It took more than 1 hour for the staff to start 1 TV in our 2 rooms.

Need lot of work. Not maintained at all. All sockets are very dangerous as not safe to stay in
Pros:

The pool area is beautiful and room is very spacious. For Breakfast had few option’s but it’s was nice. Staff in the restaurant area were very humble.

Cons:

The property is beautiful but not maintained at all. The socket has all cracks and I got shock. I have informed the staff as well. Last minute the staff member moped the floor with heavy concentrated liquid and the room was giving heavy cleaning liquid smell so had to open the windows to reduce but it didnt do much difference. The pool area is beautiful but restaurant area is not as expected as per the price we paid. Even after all this the staff still took full payment for the room and took pictures from my phone of the sockets to raise to management.

L'accueil même en pleine nuit, un service plus que parfait, chacun a apporté sa touche de bien être, de gentillesse et de compétences, tout cela sous le management de Mr Laxxy que nous remercions. 3 jours passés, que du bonheur.

Nicely done property and rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Property is well done but the facilities are horrible for the price they ask. The bathroom flush was not working properly. And this was the junior suite. No toiletries provided. Rooms are basic. So is the toilet. Not fit to be called a boutique hotel. coming to the staffs - very limited. It takes hours to get them something. Lastly the breakfast buffet was SAD. 5-6 options. Not great. Basic stuff. Waffles/pancakes were always cold. Puri bhaji was not great. Just disappointing.
