The hosts were welcoming me when I checked in. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. It is not too bad to walk to the beach and local attractions. I paid about 9 dollars per day for a bedroom with two queen-size beds. I stayed for four days visiting a friend who lives in the area. I read the Google Maps reviews and on Booking before booking this place.

I suggest that you keep in mind that you get what you pay for. This is not a luxury hotel, and I think it is run by only two persons. AC was strong in the room, and hot water and water pressure were great. The bed was comfortable and clean. By law you must show them your passport and visa stamp; the host will take a photocopy of it and send it to the local police station. Payment is in VND cash so bring enough cash to spend.

People had suggested skin itching from the bed, but it is probably from the water. The water, like in Hanoi, is heavily treated, so it can cause skin irritation. I stayed in a few luxury hotels in Hanoi and other places. I always get the skin irritation after showering. I think the locals are just used to it.

There were stains on one of four white towels I received, but the towels were clearly washed; just the stain never came off. The guests can always exchange the stain towel with the host for a newer one.

I suggest that the host add bleach when washing the white towels, as it will help remove the stains.

The hotel is located in a still-developing area where construction occurs only during the day; however, the building behind us was the one under construction which is on a different street. No construction on the street where the hotel is located.

There are guards in the main entry points to the area; some entries do not allow motorbikes in, and other entries do not allow cars. If you are driving yourself to the hotel, just try out different entry points to get into the area. Local taxi drivers know the route, so they know how to get to the hotel if you use an app like GreenSM Taxi.

The couple who run the resort are very hardworking and competent. The hotel seems new. The rooms are very large and well-furnished. I had a room with a large balcony. It's in a construction area and within walking distance of the beach. Restaurants are around the corner, although "Mister Green" cooks very well and serves generous portions at a very reasonable price. The price is excellent...the beach is nearby.
