Pros:

The couple who run the resort are very hardworking and competent. The hotel seems new. The rooms are very large and well-furnished. I had a room with a large balcony. It's in a construction area and within walking distance of the beach. Restaurants are around the corner, although "Mister Green" cooks very well and serves generous portions at a very reasonable price. The price is excellent...the beach is nearby.

Location in construction area, dirty sea, in this period nearly no open restaurants and lack of service. Accomodation was good considering special price offer, but it might be a but more cleaner especially bathroom.

Pros:

Очень радушные хозяева, отличная цена, свежий номер, тихий район в ночное время, возможность арендовать мотоцикл за 100 000 донгов в день

Cons:

В номере очень не хватало холодильника и чайника, персонал говорит только на вьетнамском, но это решается переводчиком, вокруг много недостроенных и строящихся домов, днем возможны звуки стройки, немного однообразные завтраки
