Great Location in Cuenca
Pros:

The location on the plaza was great. The view of the cathedral from Room 109 was outstanding, especially at night when it was lit up. The breakfast was good but not a lot of variety. The bed was large and comfortable. The walk in shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Shampoo and soap were provided. There was a water dispenser next to reception to fill up your water bottle. I didn't mind the stairs or the need to buzz in and out at times. The staff were great. Laundry was very convenient and done the same day for $5. Reception was great at calling for taxis.

Cons:

The shower floor could get quite slippery when wet.

Clean and nice. Erica in the reception is very helpful and kind. Nice breakfast

Cons:

The guy that makes the night shift (Gabriel) is very rude. Put loud music in early morning and don’t put it down when asked
The certain of the window is thin. Lots of light go inside from the street during the night.

Les suites sont très gentil bien equipees,le personnel est accueillant, l'emplacement est bien,belle vue sur la cascade de la Vierge depuis la suite.

Great cat hotel!!
Pros:

Really friendly staff, great location, very clean and great breakfast! It’s a cat hotel and the two cats are adorable and friendly. Really close to the historic centre and main park, close to bars and restaurants.

Goed verblijf voor een aantal nachten!
Pros:

Mooi hotel op een goede ligging, dicht in de buurt van het centrum. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was goed!

Cons:

Als je de afzuiging in de badkamer niet aanzet dan ruik je een vreemde geur. De douchedeuren in onze badkamer moeten gerepareerd worden, je kreeg ze niet goed dicht.
