A la llegada, para poder pagar mediante VISA habia q añadir un 10% al precio de la reserva. La recepcionista muy buena cara pero a su aire, con poco interes en que nos halojasemos en el hotel. La habitacion asignada por booking era la UNICA de todo el hotel sin ventilacion, es decir, abierta por ventana a la escalera interior, y justita la cama. El baño tenia 1.68 m cuadrados. El desayuno, justito (en comparacion con otros hoteles de la zona...). La

Un lugar muy bonito
Pros:

Una habitación muy tranquila y bonita, con unas estupendas vistas hacia parte de Cuenca y su catedral. El personal muy amable en todo momento con nosotros y nos ayudaron en todo lo posible con todo lo que surgió. Esperamos volver pronto.

Wir sind sehr froh unsere Zeit in Cuenca hier verbracht zu haben und konnten uns nur schwer von dem schönen Zimmer trenn
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen total schönen Charme, alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Es wird sogar regelmäßig gereinigt. Der Blick gen Stadt auf die neue Kathedrale ist fantastisch und in die andere Richtung ist ein ruhiger, grüner Platz. Die Lage am Rande des historischen Zentrums ist auch toll, alles fußläufig erreichbar, aber auch die Tram nur eine Straße weiter. Das Personal ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit, kostenloser Tee und Kaffee den ganzen Tag.

Great Location in Cuenca
Pros:

The location on the plaza was great. The view of the cathedral from Room 109 was outstanding, especially at night when it was lit up. The breakfast was good but not a lot of variety. The bed was large and comfortable. The walk in shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Shampoo and soap were provided. There was a water dispenser next to reception to fill up your water bottle. I didn't mind the stairs or the need to buzz in and out at times. The staff were great. Laundry was very convenient and done the same day for $5. Reception was great at calling for taxis.

Cons:

The shower floor could get quite slippery when wet.

Clean and nice. Erica in the reception is very helpful and kind. Nice breakfast

Cons:

The guy that makes the night shift (Gabriel) is very rude. Put loud music in early morning and don’t put it down when asked
The certain of the window is thin. Lots of light go inside from the street during the night.
