Excellent rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Logement bien situé, très facile d'accès, tant de la gare que pour se rendre dans le centre-ville. Pas de déjeuner, mais boulangerie(s) à deux pas. Chambre d'une propreté impeccable et très spacieuse. Télé et wifi fonctionnels. Cuisine commune, partagée avec deux autres chambres, mais également très propre et bien équipée.

Cons:

Dans la mesure où les espaces communs sont partagés entre 3 chambres et potentiellement 6 personnes, il peut y avoir du bruit en cas d'usagers non-respectueux (genre: le matin à 6h, et pour une durée longue), en particulier via le hall d'entré partagé entre les trois chambres et la salle de bain (y compris toilettes). On veillera aussi à planifier le temps pour user la salle de bain et ne pas se retrouver bloqué - mais il faut dire que, dans le cas de ce séjour, cela n'a posé aucun problème.

Wygodny pobyt w dobrej cenie
Pros:

Wszystko świeże i nowoczesne , kuchnia na 3 pokoje ale duża i dobrze wyposażona, łazienka również spora z dużym prysznicem i miejscem do przechowywania kosmetyków

Quite disappointing
Pros:

Nice and modern atmosphere. Great location, close to the city centre and train station. Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Good value for money, just considering the location.

Cons:

The conditions on Booking were not clear: it was not explicitly stated that the bathroom was shared with other rooms and, as a holiday home and not a hotel, cleaning service was not included. However, it is unthinkable not to offer a cleaning service to strangers sharing a bathroom and kitchen for a long period of time. We were particularly unlucky and shared the flat with tenants who had very little attention to tidiness and cleanliness and found the bathroom constantly flooded and the toilet dirty. During our stay of 8 days, no one came to clean despite the fact that we had made our discomfort known to the host.
The room was very cold indeed.
