Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied
Pros:

L’emplacement, le personnel, le petit déjeuner, hôtel boutique très bien décoré . La chambre agréable et la literie parfaite.

Cons:

La salle de bain n’est pas équipée pour poser trousse de toilette, serviette. Tout est trop haut! Pas de frigidaire
Un peu galère avec les bagages. Escalier avant l’ascenseur

Most gorgeous view, but no amenities.
Pros:

The most amazing view. Location was so convenient- you could access restaurants, shops and the beach within short walks.

Cons:

Weird that there was no small fridge and the coffee machine in room didn't work, but staff allowed me to get coffee from the breakfast area. Other than the full breakfast buffet, the hotel offered no way to get a bite or a drink. If we bought it elsewhere, there was no place to store it. Also seemed odd to pay to rent a beach towel, but that may be the standard for the area, just different than US hotels.

Stylish hotel in great location
Pros:

Beautiful room; modern décor and very chic. A fantastic view over Parc Alber 1er as well as a glimpse of the sea, despite not ordering a sea-view room. Perfect location for exploring Nice on foot, or by tram/bus.

Superb location. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has a lovely relaxed vibe and the staff were all so nice and helpful whenever we needed advice or assistance. The location couldn't be better: two minutes walk from the beach/ Promenade just at the edge of the Old Town, around the corner from the main street Place Medecin and fifteen minutes walk on the flat to the main train station. So convenient.

Cons:

We were a little disaapointed with the room . Despite booking a superior double with balcony, ours felt small and cramped with little space to move about or put anything. Other rooms that we caught a glimpse of were more spacious. That said, it was still very nice and I really liked the bathroom which had plenty of space, a good shower and L'Occitane toiletry items.
