Amazing
Pros:

The location is amazing where you can access the beach and walk to the coffee shops at the center.. the complementary coffee all day and cold water access.. the mood and decoration and the vibes of the place are exceptional.

Cons:

No bellman to take our bags when we were leaving, the AC was not working our last day.

Great location. Staff were a bit underwhelming. Amazing breakfast & very comfy beds
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent! Great choices & lovely layout - the cheese & breads were also superb!

Cons:

Nothing provided at all after breakfast. Not even a drinks dispenser or coffee. And no fridge in the room to buy drinks & keep them cool.

Great short city break
Pros:

The location is Fantastic, 5minute stroll from everything, old town, the square, the trams the promenade. Room was cleaned everyday and check in and out was smooth.

Cons:

The rooms are very small, considering i had paid for a premium room but more than acceptable for a short weekend break so don’t let that put you off.

The location was amazing

Cons:

The staff upon arrival, not helpful not kind . I just arrived after 36 hours travelling solo with my 3 month old. They couldn’t even offer me a cold drink and snack. I explained I was unwell light headed and exhausted. They shrugged their shoulders with an attitude of not my problem and didn’t help me. I spent the night on my room with no food or anything as I wasn’t able to get myself due to feeling so weak, and nervous to walk and faint with my baby. No help ; no kindness no care . There was not cot set up for me as requested. The telephone on my room didn’t work, I had to go all the way down to ask them, after a long flight. I told them it didn’t work they didn’t come fix it. They didn’t check on me, it was terrible service . I would have booked an air Bnb not hotel of if I didn’t want that level of hotel service and care

This day was beautiful. The hotel was also very lovely as well as the staff would definitely stay here again!

Location of this hotel is fabulous but it is a good 3 star not 4 star
Pros:

The location of this hotel is fabulous - pretty much centrally located for virtually everything and all is within a very short walk away. The train station is about 15 to 20 mins and that is the furthest walk. The seafront is virtually across the street and you can now rent beach towels which is a great add on at 5 € each and enabled us to get out on the beach to do some water sports and to book a snorkelling trip on impulse. There are fresh water stations on each floor and there is a carafe you can use in each room to collect it in. There is a breakfast service but you are located near to some excellent cafes which are well worth a visit in the old town. No other food or vending on site outside of breakfast.

Cons:

We have been coming here for many years and the hotel has had an upgrade . Unfortunately it has also seemed to have lost its friendliness and charm as part of that. The rooms are small but suitable for a short stay. The mugs were not cleaned during our stay if we used them and when we used the tea or coffee it was not replaced nor the stirrers. Check in time was 4pm which seems very late in comparison to other places we have stayed and the airport taxi was cheaper booked outside of the hotel offer. There is only 1 lift and very small so can wait a long time at peak periods - we ended up walking most of the time 6 floors. WiFi on 6th floor was dreadful whereas our friends on 4th floor were fine

A great stay in Nice that won’t blow your budget, nor exceed your expectations.
Pros:

The property was centrally located in Nice, only a hundred steps or so from the beach. This made it very convenient for exploring downtown, going to the beach, or walking to the local tram stop. The property was very clean and felt safe. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

There were few things that were a bit disappointing. The room size was relatively small, as well as the shower. The rooms did not come with an iron or ironing board either. The elevator was also quite small, which made getting up to our forth floor room annoying when there was a queue for the elevator. The breakfast was alright, we managed, but they could’ve had more food. They often ran out of the hashbrowns, meats and certain pastries.
