Le marché aux puce, et le bar à fromage sont des lieux voisins qui complètent et diversifient l'offre

les fauteuils dans les chambres n'étaient pas confortables. mais les équipements de la terrasse compensaient

Idéal pour le lâcher prise et le bien être
Pros:

Tout était parfait, l'accueil, la philosophie de l'établissement, les échanges avec les employés et les membres de direction, tous toujours souriants et si agréables. Tous les détails de déco et le SPA, une merveille

Cons:

La durée trop courte de notre séjour, nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps. C'est certain, nous reviendrons!

The building, the atmosphere, the spa, the knowledgeable helpful staff and the breakfast.

Cons:

The mattress was particularly hard. I slept on the couch.

We booked the last superior double in the building, and it felt like a room that was not frequently used. We stayed carnival weekend and the hotel was busy.

The four poster bed which had a nice tapestry to look at overhead ( but no curtains etc ) did not seem equal to the balconies that the other superior doubles contained.
There was no complimentary water in the room only the mini bar.
A coffee machine had to be ordered to the room and wasn't standard.
The food of the restaurant and bar was underwhelming.
The breaded veal was dry. The fries were nice. The pasta portion sizes were small, which is fine when food is delicious and the flavour of each bite sings but this wasn't the case. The pasta Bellevue was pleasant but the Spagetti Ragu was flavourless and limp. The vegtable side was particularly miserable. The fillet steak was well sourced and was cooked appropriately at medium rare. The fresh fruit salad was very good and well balanced.

The appeal of this house is it's old worldieness so one doesn't go there for its business facilities but still at 5 star prices I was surprised by a few quirks.

The electrics were odd and the recently added USB plug with exposed electric wire kept falling off the bedside table. When the people in the neighbouring room use their bathroom the bathroom lights flicker intensely!( It does settle though, and the bathroom is beautiful)

Despite other reviews suggesting the WiFi was good we experienced a poor signal on the fourth floor which kept dropping. I hot-spoted my phone data as streaming wasn't working through the hotel WiFi.

Also the TV was flat screen but did not carry netflix / prime / Disney etc. It wasn't really a smart tv.

We had an early check out on the last morning before breakfast. I gave up trying to arrange an early breakfast.

Un pur bonheur !
Pros:

Tout! Le service 5 étoiles, la décoration, le spa sublime, le petit déjeuner gargantuesque, tout est fait pour passer un séjour inoubliable

Cons:

Un petit défaut est peut être l isolation phonique dans la chambre du haut (nous étions dans le chalet bellevue) et il manquait une bouilloire

Magical snow land
Pros:

What a stunning stunning place. The views are incredible, Cogne is such a charming town and Bellevue is a very special hotel. The staff are so friendly, the whole place feels like my imaginary rich nonna’s house with a brilliant spa. The restaurants are great too, especially the brasserie and the fromagerie.

Cons:

In some aspects it is a bit too nonna’s house, like some of the knock knacks, and the toilet paper, towels and hair dryer which do feel more like your older relatives’ house than a luxury hotel. I think those would be easy things to update to make the hotel feel even more special, especially to younger customers.

L'accoglienza l'attenzione nella cura dei particolari la professionalità di tutto lo staff e in particolare due esperienze degne di nota: le ragazze della zona Masaggi molto brave e il pensiero rivolto nel giorno del compleanno della nostra Bambina che ha ricevuto un regalino in camera e una lettera direttamente da parte della proprietà nella persona della sig.ra Laura con la quale ci complimentiamo.

Toujours une valeur sûre.
Pros:

Comme d’habitude tout était parfait. La vue sur les montagnes, le spa, le petit déjeuner et le service impeccable.

Cons:

La douche dans la chambre qui gicle un peu partout et l’eau chaud/froid qui n’est pas stable. Soit on se brûle, soit on se congèle.
