Vị trí thuận tiện để ACE 3 miền lưu trú đi thi Học viện tài chính khu mới chỉ 15ph xe Xanh. Ngay khu ẩm thực, ăn uống và các điểm du lịch

It was a comfortble stay. I will definitely go back.
Pros:

I like the location, 1-2 minutes you find nice restaurants and cafe, park and especilly kids cafe which is important for travelling with kids. The location lies in a very modern neighbourhood of Hanoi, for westerner this is defenitely one of the fue places to walk around which is rare in any cities in Vietnam. With wide roads and no traffic. I never regret going here. The room was spacious well designed and bed was huge and comfy. When the male receptionist saw I was with children, I guess there was a free room available he updated us to this wonderful room for our own comfort.

Cons:

The toilets are a little bit outdated but was cleaned well so it is duable. Hard water can be really tough on surfaces.

Cons:

Equipment is old. Hair dryer was not working. Shampoo and bodywash were not provided in siower area.

The service is very bad. I ask the girl, receptionist to change the room because they allow fixers to come to fix my room when I stay there. All dust was spread on my luggage and items. The receptionist asked me to pay more money for the changing room. I don't accept it and all night I have to stay in the dusty room. Every time I ask, the girl always asks me to pay more money. I feel like it was a scammer.

Pros:

Shower + Bed

Cons:

Nobody can speak english
You can pay with creditcard(booking.com), but when we had to pay the price of the room we had to pay it in cash. So even if it say so, allways have enough cash in Hanoi.

There is no gym. Other than that it's fine.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and it was a nice modern building.

Cons:

They don't have a gym. The only reason I chose this hotel was for the gym. They lied in the description. This really annoyed me.
