Cons:

Hole in the ceiling in the shower, main door to the room looked like it had been broken into, simply put the place was falling apart with no real signs of upkeep. Not to mention I came across some very sketchy characters in the parking lot at night.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location was great accessibility was wonderful

Cons:

The floors weren't clean there where pubes all over bathroom area. Had to wipe down everything so my toddler could run around on the floor. The dirty floor made my stay uncomfortable

I sent a message and I didn’t receive a response back. I tried to change dates. No response. I think they tried to charge for the stay even when I tried to cancel after I couldn’t get feedback to change dates of stay. Bad customer service

I liked majority of the auditors. Only had problems with one of them

Beds are rock hard, there were paint chips in the bath tub, no plugs In the bath tub, black marks on the floor, burn holes in the sheets, not clean at all on the outside, house keeping barely speaks English if any at all, there isn't any pool or breakfast for the price you pay, they fluctuate in price daily, they will keep your deposit for just about any reason possible, I paid 150$ in deposits for a light fixture that fell on me while I was sweeping the floor, and for washable marker in one sheet. There are constantly bums, or people yelling. Over all, I don't think this place is worth it. If you want a good hotel, go to academy hotel across the street, you will have consistent rates, continental breakfast that is to die for. Nice rooms with plugs for the baths, comfy beds, 4 star service, and a heated indoor pool..

It was horrible
Pros:

I slept in about bathroom shower because to drywall was messed up on it I sat on the toilet I mean the toilet seat was broke the room was very nasty

If it weren't for the TV the visit would have been perfect.
Pros:

It was clean and quiet. Location was perfect.

Cons:

There was no remote for the TV. When we asked the staff to bring a remote they said they couldn't. We never had access to the tv.

Pros:

The location and the cleanliness of the facility were excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and that's super important to me.

Cons:

The guests would smoke on the stairs. The smoke smell would linger. It would be great if you could somehow get your customers who smoke to move away from the building.
