A nice hotel in a nice part of town
Pros:

A very nice hotel in a great part of town.
The staff was super nice, and I enjoyed having access to the pool and the gym, in the other hotel with the same owners, just next door.
The breakfast was good and a good way to start the day.

Mình vừa có dịp nghỉ tại Sen Luxury Hotel và cảm thấy khá ưng ý. Phòng gọn gàng, sạch sẽ, thiết kế đơn giản nhưng tinh tế, đúng kiểu mình thích. Nhân viên siêu dễ thương, hỗ trợ nhanh và luôn niềm nở — tạo cảm giác rất thoải mái từ lúc check-in đến lúc trả phòng.

Vị trí khách sạn cũng tiện lợi, gần nhiều quán ăn ngon và dễ gọi xe di chuyển. Bữa sáng không quá đa dạng nhưng đủ dùng và chất lượng ổn.

Tổng thể là một trải nghiệm dễ chịu, đáng để quay lại nếu có dịp. Một lựa chọn hợp lý cho ai đang tìm chỗ ở vừa phải nhưng vẫn chỉn chu.

Pros:

The hotel is clean and in a relatively quite part of town. So you can actually get a good night's rest. Close to some good places to eat and a very short walk to the museum of ethnology, where you can also see a water puppet show.

Cons:

Breakfasts were OK, but was expecting better for a 4 star hotel.

Great Stay at Hanoi. Recommended to anyone visiting the city.
Pros:

Great stay at the hotel. It was a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Breakfast was good and room was clean.

Cons:

Bathroom's garbage bin needs to be replaced. Someone may have thrown food there and it smelled.
