Pros:

While the hotel is old (old furniture) is very well maintain; location excellent -5 min from train station; the breakfast while simple was all you need.

Cons:

Considering the age and maintenance, it is ok!

Partamos por la habitación, me entregaron la información que contaríamos con frigobar y al llegar a mi habitación nos entregan un frigobar vacío, y que ni siquiera funcionaba. Viajabamos con insulina por ende era importante tener esta instalación en estado funcional no de decoración, solicité un estacionamiento y me enviaron a uno que no estaba ni abierto finalmente terminamos estacionando en la estación de trenes donde pagamos el doble de lo que nos costó la habitación. El wifi funcionaba muy mal por ende no pude trabajar con el wifi del hotel y tuve que compartir desde mi teléfono hacia mi computador para poder trabajar. El desayuno súper mal preparado las mesas sucias al llegar tuvimos que acomodar nosotras mismas una mesa para poder desayunar, las paneras las recargaban con 4 panes y debías esperar unos 10 minutos aprox por otra recarga, el café instantáneo de pésima calidad algo que no esperábamos en Italia, las habitaciones muy calurosas y sin el control del aire acondicionado para poder apagarlo o modificarlo. El hoster de la noche era un prepotente, cuando le indiqué que yo tome la reserva ahí por el estacionamiento principalmente me dijo no es mi problema que esté cerrado, vea usted donde estaciona

La pulizia, la moquette macchiata e ovunque, la colazione scarsa, con prodotti confezionati e non abbastanza per il numero degli ospiti, il caos della sala colazione. Struttura disorganizzata.

hotel en centre ville parfait pour visiter Florence
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé, en centre ville, dans une rue en zpl donc piétonne, le parking (payant) à proximité directe, parfait pour tout faire à pied.
Chambre familiale spacieuse et literie très confortable, chambre très propre. Personnel exceptionnel, à l'accueil, à l'entretien, au petit déjeuner, ils ont toujours été adorables avec notre famille et très serviables. ils ont gardé nos valises pour nous permettre de continuer nos visites notre jour de départ.

Cons:

la salle de bains est un peu vieillotte, mais malgré tout fonctionnelle et propre.
Le double vitrage manque pour isoler des bruits de la ruelle.

Location, it has TV as well, everything we needed was in the room.
One thing was really good is that we had the chance to let the baggage in the hotel the day we were living to another city, since we were living by train in the afternoon, so we didn't want to carry everything with us along the day. It didn't suppose an extra cost to us to let there the baggage, so many thanks for that.

Cons:

We had many problems every time we tried to open the room with the keys they gave to us. Every time, so that was a bit annoying.

Soggiorno piacevole all'insegna del comfort e del relax
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per vicinanza al centro storico, alla stazione ferroviaria e la Fortezza da Basso. La colazione abbondante e varia. Ho apprezzato la pulizia del bagno e della stanza, oltre al comfort di biancheria e coperte in ottimo stato e il sistema di riscaldamento perfettamente funzionante.

Cons:

Le prese di corrente e dell'antenna della TV non sono tutte in ottimo stato e il pulsante del water ha richiesto un certo uso di forza...benché dopo qualche tentativo abbia funzionato perfettamente.

O hotel é muito antigo mas apresenta boa localização, pois fica próximo da estação Santa Maria Novella e do Mercato Centrale de Florença. O estabelecimento conta com elevador, água quente e boa limpeza. No dia 25 de dezembro, o serviço de café da manhã não foi prestado adequadamente, algumas pessoas não se alimentaram, devido a oferta reduzida de alimentos, conforme informado pelo funcionário em virtude do fechamento das padarias. A estadia foi considerada por todos os membros da família como desagradável.

Cons:

Very small and quite dark room, but single as purchased so up to expectations. Everything dark on lower floors in Florence as the streets are narrow, so again not the fault of the hotel.
