Pulito e accogliente
Pros:

La casa è pulitissima. Lo staff accogliente e disponibile.

Cons:

Un po' distante dal centro ma posizione comoda vicino all'autostrada per viaggi di lavoro

Pros:

A welcoming host, a nice clean room with a balcony, a well equipped kitchen, calm and quiet street.

Cons:

The bunk beds shook and groaned a bit when myself and my adult daughter turned in sleep, and construction works in the next street made an otherwise tranquil setting noisy.

Stanza molto ampia con balcone e aria condizionata (ho soggiornato nella stanza con letti singoli a castello). L'appartamento ha una bella cucina con fornelli, frigo/freezer e bollitore. Il bagno è ampio e dotato anche di lavatrice.
Pulizia ottima, host cordiale.

Cons:

Una sola pentola e un pentolino utilizzabili.

Claudio was so incredibly lovely and gave us suggestions for our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and had a shared living space with full kitchen.

It was a 20-30 min bus ride out of the city centre

Pros:

Claudio was an amazing host. Helped us with the transport and gave us many recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We felt very welcome and he was quick to respond to messages. The place was very clean and comfortable. The Aircon in the room was very good.

Missed the Mark
Pros:

Great Air con we needed it clean and Claudio friendly sorted the keys out that were faulty no probs

Cons:

A little to far from city centre a little expensive for location
Key didnt work in lock but was exchanged presto thankyou

Would be great to have a range of brochures for tourists available in unit they are free from Info

Need to state shared kitchen and toilets with another room (apologies if i missed reading that)

Otherwise a good stay

Pros:

Everything was great and the host was very nice! Only 20 minutes out of town on the buses which come every 20 minutes or so.

Cons:

The only negative I have to say is that the building is so dark at night when returning to the room and there are no curtains or blinds to keep the sun out in the morning. :) still got plenty of sleep though.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The apartment was very clean, it matched the pictures and the description, the owner always responded quickly.
It's a bit far from the center but we'll comunicated by bus

Pros:

Very friendly and clean - had a balcony with chairs and a table - laundry facilities - good kitchen

Cons:

Bit far from the city centre a good 40 minutes- host was great and very helpful glass doors to rooms a little embarrassing given its a shared apartment- although you can simply stand round rhe corner with the exception of the bathroom- strange little padlocks on the doors

Nice stay in Verona
Pros:

The host was extremely friendly and the room was big and spotless clean. Around the flat there are many cafeterias and small pizza places that offer excellent food. Moreover, there is good local transport very close by, which can help in reaching the town center in little time. I also found the quality/price ratio to be amazing.

Cons:

The flat is located far from the town center.
