Good location adn great staff
Pros:

Location is close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast if good. Staff is excellent. They have free shuttle to/from the airport.

Cons:

Shuttle to airport can be more flexible. We were shuttled to the airport 4 hours before our flight and the airport's seating area was not open until an hour after we arrived.

美しいホテルと美味しい朝食で、ゆったり滞在することができました。絶対朝食付きにした方がいいと思います。
Pros:

敷地内の植物やガーデニングがすごく整備されていて美しい庭や歩道を歩くことができた。フロント、食堂、部屋を何度も行き来したが、いつも気持ちよく歩くことができた。
朝食はパイやパンが一部変わるだけで、ほぼ同じメニューのバイキングであったが、日本人には嬉しいきゅうりとトマト、ピクルスがあり野菜も取れたことと、フレッシュなナチュラルグアバジュースがあったこと、温かい飲み物もあったことが嬉しかった。パンとハム、チーズだけでないことが、ありがたかった。
また、スクランブルエッグがとてもふわふわで美味しかった。
また、1番ありがたかったのは日本人がいらしたこと。ツアーの内容や申し込みがしやすく、事前に情報をたくさん聞けたことで、ツアーをより楽しむことができた。
他のスタッフも英語が話せないスタッフも含めて、みなさん親切だった。

Cons:

土地柄と環境の問題だと思うが、タオルがキレイではないのが気になった。部屋も庭もとてもキレイだったので、余計気になったのだと思う。
また、お風呂がバスタブ付きで素敵なのだが、あまりにも横幅が狭すぎて滑りやすい。足を踏ん張らないとシャワーの時と、バスタブからの出入りするときに転びそうになる。
床もタイルで、蒸気でツルツルするので、つかまるところと床にもっとタオルを敷きたいと思った。小さめの一枚であったため、バスタブ横と、洗面台、どちらもツルツルするので、いちいち動かして使うのが手間であったし、かつすぐタオルがびちょびちょになってしまった。

An oasis inside the island, amazing garden
Pros:

perfect location, close to everything in town. All rooms also have access to the garden. And the garden is truly amazing! It’s like an oasis or a little paradise on an island that already feels like paradise…so even if the rooms are a bit simple, they are spacious and you have everything you need. Great value for money.
They also organise shuttle service to and from the airport, you don’t need to pay for it or worry about anything, they take great care of you.

Cons:

Shower was a bit outdated, and beds might be a bit small for larger persons, but we had no problems.

Relaxing & enjoyable.
Pros:

Central location. Lovely garden area with a pool. Free ranging chickens everywhere! Rooms large with a fridge.

Owner went ‘above & beyond’ customer service by coming to the airport to find us with items my partner had forgotten in our room - thank you.

Cons:

Bathrooms could be more modern.
Breakfast, very firmly, stops (doors locked) at 10am.
Had some early ‘issues’ with our room….which were resolved.

A lovely location in Hanga Roa
Pros:

Extremely good location, good breakfast and nice rooms with a little terrasse to chill.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about but maybe they could help the tourists to find guides as this is becoming something essential to visit the sites of the island?

Pros:

Location is excellent.
Staff are helpful, Nicolas arrenged an perfect rapa nui tour for us.
Breakfast was very good.
Room was silent.
Pool was quite good.
