Locations is great, breakfast is also amazing (pastry rolls with cheese are the best, they go out fast so fight for them). Rooms are always kept clean, 2 bottles of water are exchanged daily. Stuff is really helpful, had great time with those guys, they were always cheerful and funny. They were even kind enough to give us 2 smaller rooms for free as the one for 3 people we booked was being renovated.
Although breakfast was good I missed some scrambled or fried eggs, only boiled eggs are availible.
Good location
Very small and cold rooms. We have asked for a second key to room and was refused. Limited breakfast options with not much to choose from.
Our stay was really comfortable and lovely in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and eager to help, giving us directions when we asked and assisting with our every need. The most important part was the location, very close to historical sites and Çemberlitaş station that allowed us to get anywhere we wanted in under an hour. Hotel restaurant also offered a lot of tasty meals, including a diverse breakfast.
All in all we are very happy with our choice and stay!

I would say what makes this place stand out is the location and the price-quality ratio. The hotel is located 10 minutes away from Hagia Sofia, for example. About the ratio — the hotel is more than affordable, especially considering that breakfast is included. Also, the suite was clean and nice.
The basic suite is very small. There is almost no space for opening up the suitcase. Also, there was only one shelf in the wardrobe, so putting your things in there is also problematic. Walls are pretty thin, so you hear pretty much everything that happens in the hallway. Breakfast is rather basic as well.
But these would be just tiny inconveniences that would not matter, considering the low price, if not for one situation.
We ordered a transfer from the airport via WhatsApp a couple of days before the arrival. In the chat we were told that the transfer costs 50 euros. We arrived, and I was asked if I could pay in cash, which was more preferable for the hotel. I said that I didn't have cash, and we agreed to sort this out the next day. I made sure once again that the price was 50 euros. The next day, I still didn't have any cash, so I asked to pay by card. The guy at the reception silently gave me the machine, I paid, and only after that did I notice that I was charged more — 56 euros. I asked why and received an answer that it was the "card tax." Not to mention that the card-cash difference in price is shady by itself — whatever, doesn't really matter. What matters is that this difference was by no means discussed, neither in the chat when we were organizing the transfer nor right before the payment. 6 euros is not much, I will survive that, but the essence of the situation is what killed the impression of the place. I was practically silently scammed, because the guy wanted to avoid the commission, which is definitely not my problem. I felt like I was at Grand Bazaar, and that was not nice. Do better, please.

It’s not bad
It’s more less property
Staff gentilissimo e posizione eccezionale
Le stanze sono un po' trascurate
La colazione non ha dolci
