We stayed for 2 days in the hotel JPPalace. The hotel is just 1,5km from Paranirvana stupa.
Everything was ok and corresponded to presented services. We really appreciated help of Mr. Amit Tiwari, the manager, who was able to arrange everything we needed.
El personal muy atento y amable, estaban pendientes de todo lo que necesitamos. El desayuno abundante y rico. El hotel tenía todos los detalles que se necesitan para tener una estancia muy cómoda. Toallas de ducha y de mano, enseres de cuarto de baño, sabanas limpias… Sin duda volvería a repetir.

I was double charged for this property. They demanded cash even as they knew my credit card already had been charged. Very disappointing!

We went there in January so it was cold and they don't have a heating facility...
Location close to parinirvana stupa. Staff helpful and accommodating. Rooms have everything one needs and they have great wifi.
I requested a one way ride to Lucknow and the person helping seems to played a little game with us by having us help another traveling passenger ride with us to the airport and charging him the full amount for the ride and not making a single rupee deduction on our ride. So he baked his cake and ate it as well. Next time we will be more vigilant and not have people take advantage of your kindness. We even paid for the return as he said he may not get passengers on return which we understood, but to have us pay also for tolls which amounted to over a 1000 rupees was going a bit too far. We are grateful in the arranging of a car but make sure you get all the prices down before you get taken for a “ride” literally..
