We chose the Opera Hotel deliberately. Our previous experience there was immaculate. This time was no different. The rooms were clean and soundproof. High-end bed linens. A comfy queen-size bed. The lobby bar and room service were excellent. Everything was in its right place, functioning properly, and reasonably priced.
It is not easy to write two or three sentences about things we did not like because, simply put, there are none. Just a heads up that the size of their standard rooms varies depending on which part of the hotel they are in, so if you prefer more space, request this up front.

Так случилось, что в январе до Оперы я был в 3х киевских отелях 5 звезд, Опера превосходит сильно всех.
Очень приветливые и простые сотрудники, очень быстрый рум-сервис, никакого напряжения, в сравнении цены и качества номер выигрывает в том числе.
