Lots of mosquitos in the room. Last year there were none! The only bad thing!
The location was excellent in Soi Bakau, but despite the central location the rooms face the back and are quiet. The balcony is excellent and the breakfast is satisfactory.
poor cleanliness in the room, when I arrived it was full of dust and hair everywhere. Even when I asked for cleaning again, the cleanliness was poor. In addition, the floor of the corridor to the rooms was always dirty. Too bad.

The air conditioning is not maintained and creating noise and ice drops on the floor.
Some receptionists need some training courses on how to deal with customers.

Pire hôtel de notre vie les joints de la salle de bains était moisie l’odeur nauséabonde d’égout qui remonte par tout les trous d’évacuation avec de l’humidité dans les mur qui reste dans notre gorge pendant la nuit. Sans parler des maux de tête qui fait la mauvaise odeur les portes son même pas bien isoler on entend tout ce qui se passe en dehors de la chambre sans parler du lit 2 petit oreillers ne regarder surtout pas en dessous du lit vous risquerait de partir en courant
Tout on à tous détester l’hôtel et coller à un bar ou jusqu’à minuit la musique et à fond on peut pas se reposer la vue merdique , nous avons eu une chambre derrière aucune vue sur la piscine c’est un Ehpad c’est pas un hôtel que des retraité dans cette hôtel
