The greenery was nice

Cons:

It was below ITC standards, the toilet in the billiards room was worse than the public toilet. It was so dirty. Below 3star level

Family trip or couple stay recommended. Not much for solo traveller.
Pros:

Quiet, peaceful, private garden, spacious bathroom and room area, food variety decent, quality of the food was good.

Cons:

Far from the city centre-Location it’s around 1.5 hour from city centre. Less vehicles to commute even though Ola is available but less. It’s still developing, first phase done well scope for further development.

I booked a villa it was beautiful ❤️

Cons:

The food and service at restaurant is not upto the mark of an itc.
We opted to have lunch at stori and ordered mutton seekh kabab and it was so hard,infact we thought it was frozen and not fresh ...

Cons:

Increase the breakfast options. I had extended 1 night… just few hours 12 noon to 6pm as flight got late. Cost was really high… had to pay Rs 18,000 just for these 6 hours.

GOOD BUT KEEP THE ADVICES IN MIND FOR BETTER SERVICES
Pros:

AMBIENCES AND HOSPITALITY VERY GOOD,FOODS ARE EXCELLENT. LOCATION GOOD,STAFFS ARE POLITE AND HUMBLE,RIGHT PLACE FOR WEEKEND RELAXATION.

Cons:

EVENING HIGH TEA WILL BE BETTER IF KEEP SOME NONVEG. ITEMS.
IN SPA COUPLE ROOM MASSAGE SHOULD BE DONE BY BOTH FEMALE THERAPIST FOR COUPLE TO KEEP PRIVACY OF WIFE.
