Staff was amazing.
The breakfast that was included was great..everything was very fresh and very tasty.
Would definitely recommend!

Excellent hotel right in the center of Ksamil. Two swimming pools, one is up on the roof with great views of the islands. An easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very highly recommended

Great hotel in a great location in the center of the action in Ksamil. Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Great bed, excellent water pressure in the walk-in shower, quiet AC, and a nice balcony with great views of Ksamil islands. A short walk to the beach and dozens of restaurants all around. Very highly recommended

Bel hôtel, bon petit déjeuner, belle vue. Concernant la chambre elle est très agréable. Par contre alèse avec poils et cheveux et une paire de chaussettes sales sous le lit…
L’hôtel est à proximité des restaurants et bars donc festif le soir

Rengøringsfolkene bankede meget lavt og kun 1 gang, hvorefter de åbner døren med det samme. Den ene dag kom de ind 4 gange før vi kunne nå at åbne døren selv.

Hotel muito bem localizado em Ksamil. Próximo a restaurantes e de beach clubs. Possui estacionamento próprio.

Hôtel très bien situé avec un parking. Plages et restaurants accessibles à pieds. Bar en face un peu bruyant le soir mais que jusqu’à minuit.

Really pleased with our stay here and would definitely recommend. It felt like a brand new hotel. Pool areas were immaculate and the one on the roof on 5th floor had beautiful views of Ksamil islands. The room had a sofa bed for the kids, and they would’ve preferred a bed or sofa each, but only a minor issue and didn’t impact our stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever eaten, and the Gorgonzola pasta was amazing! A perfect place to enjoy some peace and quiet and relax by the pool away from the busy beaches

Hotellets standard var okej, ganska nybyggt men ändå lite slitet och ingen ljudisolering alls. Extremt högljutt.
Servicen i receptionen var väldigt dålig, tex bad vi om nya lakan då det var bruna fläckar på dem och vi fick knappt nya. De hade glömt ge oss nya handdukar men tagit de gamla och när vi bad om nya fick vi blöta handdukar.
Servicen i restaurangen/frukosten var helt ok.
Finns två pooler, båda är små och oftast fullt vid alla solstolar.
Läget är ganska bra (med högljudda barer runtom), gångavstånd till allt i Ksamil men en bit från vattnet.

I liked everything and mostly there was help available for everything we needed.

Very bad service. was even asked to pay for second coffee at brealfast which is unbelieveable.
Expensive hotel compared to other options in the town. Not worth it. Location is good but there are many other options around

Great place to stay, a little quieter away from the main drag of Ksamil which is what we wanted. Lots of places to eat nearby or short walk into beach/Ksamil. Bed was a little firm for our liking but room was spacious and clean.
